I ordered a couple of trophys at very short notice. The 2 trophys I wanted were not able to be delivered in the short time frame. I was contacted from the service centre immediately and offered alternatives which I selected from and these were delivered on the day I had requested. Excellent service and would certainly recommend. An added extra touch was a litle bag of Halibo in the packaging to say thank you for the order.

Delighted! 🏅
I ordered 3 medals very last minute for the inaugural Fetteresso Forest Marathon. As a very small, new event there were not to be any official medals. When I realised I was a bit late ordering I accepted that they would most likely arrive after the event, well imagine my delight when they arrived only 3-4 days after ordering and the day before the marathon. I stashed them in my bag and was so happy to give them out to my friends at the end. A lovely way to mark my first ever marathon. They were very helpful and answered all my questions straight away and service was so incredibly fast! Delighted!! 🏅
