As a coach, as I decided last minute to have a tournament for the group of inactive women that 1 year a go took up badminton, never been active before and most certainly didn't know how to play. My services offered them coaching and play, at affordable prices which gave them that nudge to come and learn, properly! I was in a bit of a pickle and needed a fast and efficient service, well I certainly got it here, Chris the operator took it on board and said she would personally see to it that the order was delivered. I called Monday and needed it by following Monday. Sure enough it was on dispatch as promised by Thursday and safely delivered to the store locator of choice by Friday. That's all we need companies to take pride in helping their customers be they new or old. Thank you the trophies were such a pleasure, with good clear engraving and so fantastically appreciated by inactive women whom for the past year, took up a badminton racket and learnt from scratch through coaching and play. That's my interest to get the Inactive active! The pleasure of knowing that you can install confidence in people is a reward that lingers and empowers you to want to do more and when you get added support from service providers your truly know that your in the right industry! Last minute order for a Golf Tournement
Last minute order for a Golf Tournement I Ordered on the Friday and needed for the following weekend, i called office Monday who assured me they would deliver. Had a call a couple of days before to let me know one trophy was not available and i can change for another and still get order in or wait. So i changed and order delivered in time. Could have been so much worse If they had not had decency to call me and kept me informed. Fantastic, 2nd year I have used and will not go anywhere else.
