I am full of respect for this company: I made a mistake not once, but twice, regarding the spelling of the engraving I wanted. These mistakes were of no problem whatsoever. The speed with which the goods were safely sent to me was marvellous. Thank you Maria!

Over and above the call of duty…
We desperately wanted some medals as we had been let down by another company. when I rang trophy store the girls were so helpful. I believe their names were Emma and Maria. Maria went over and above the call of duty and got the medals dispatched and delivered within 2 days. This was on the 28th December 2017 part of a national close of business in this industry. I cannot praise both of these girls/ladies high enough.
