Recently, I dropped and broke a trophy that I was presented with by my triathlon club in 2015. I was devastated as I haven’t won many trophies. I could see that it was supplied by TrophyStore.co.uk, so contacted them and explained that I wanted to replace my broken trophy. Although not bought by me, the friendly people at TrophyStore traced the original order and assisted me in ordering a replacement. From start to finish TrophyStore were helpful and friendly. I now have my replacement trophy, so am very happy. It’s nice when a company exceeds your expectations, and TrophyStore certainly did that.

Your company is a shining example to all others for customer service. My order went missing (thank you, Royal Mail - it still has not arrived !) but you kindly remade the trophy and sent it out next day by courier - at no extra cost to me. Fabulous, all round !
