I went to Trophy store after a disappointing experience with another seller, and they were fantastic. Easy ordering, wide selection, very fast service. This is how it should be! I am so pleased!

Great product, excellent customer service and quick delivery!
I thought I'd made a mistake on my engraving, so I chatted to someone called Luke on the web chat thingy and he not only sorted it all out for me, he also made some excellent recommendations and the end result was awesome! Thank you 😀

30th Anniversary Gift
Really happy with the product and service, helpful staff at the end of the phone too. It was exactly as I had ordered and delivered on time.
High quality products at competitive prices ...
I ordered in excess of 90 items including medals and trophies for my school's award ceremony. They were all engraved. There were no problems with the enscriptions and everything was delivered nicely grouped and organised. The items were delivered in around 7 days, which is great, but it would improve the service if on purchase, the seller would give an estimated delivery date. That is my only criticism really but I have to add they did provide a notes box and emailed regularly after the purchase. My school and I have used them a lot this year and will continue to do so- fab products, reasonably priced, and good service. If only there was a way to set up an account ....
Nice trophies!
Nice trophies! Quick and convenient. Just what you need. No faults
Great Selection and excelelnt turn around time
I have been purchasing from Trophy Store for a couple or so years. I have always been impressed with the trophies/medals as well as engraving have noticed in the recent service is much quicker than it was even a year ago so am grateful to Trophy Store for turning around my 2017 orders so quickly. I would like to see some more types of medals/trophies added to the portfolio and will be in touch to make suggestions since some of those I had wanted I could only obtain from the States.
Excellent service and fantastic products

Really nice trophy
Really nice trophy, good size and weight with clear engraving. Arrived promptly and receipient delighted. Will shop again when required.
Outstanding!!
I have used Trophy Store several times now and sometimes at very short notice, only giving them very short dead lines to achieve required delivery dates. Never have I been disappointed with either the quality of the goods received or the service and they haven't missed a date for me either! If I was to describe them in one word it would be quite simply "outstanding!"

Very pleased with the quality and the price. Would strongly recommend.
Great engraved medals
42 medals, all perfectly engraved arrived within a week of ordering and were exactly what we wanted for our youth cricket presentations. For the price I thought the medals might be flimsy or look very cheaply made, but they were really good quality and the children were all really pleased.

Amazing service from this company!
Amazing service from this company! Called to request fast track delivery, as I needed the trophies for school the next week, spoke to a very helpful man on the phone, and received the items the following morning, complete with a pack of Haribos! Super trophies too! Would definitely recommend Trophy Store.
Excellent service
Excellent service, quality and price. We will be using you again in the future and we've recommended you to another allotment Association. Thank you
Excellent!!!
I ordered these in gold last season, everyone really liked them. Ordered silver this season! Excellent service once again!! Would definitely recommend.
Fast, good, all you could wish for.
Trophy store turned around my order very quickly - a one off item with text on two sides. Was back with me inside a week and the recipient was very touched by his medal! To be honest I was pleasantly surprised by the whole thing. Would like the heavy bronze 'medals' to be available as 'coins' - without the ribbon holder, but that's not relevant to the review!
