Beyond the Call of Duty!
Honestly, I'm made up with this. Why can't everyone work like TrophyStore? So I get a phone call on a Friday evening from a displayed number, not saved in my contacts. Fearing the worst I reluctantly answered and was asked if I had a moment to discuss my order of medals. The lovely lady had taken the time to check if there had been a typo because the first two letters were Capitals in our team name. It wasn't but the thought was incredible. Having ordered on the Thursday, received the call on the Friday, they'd arrived on Monday - with a packet of sweets to boot! Literally speechless. I guess it shows how used to utterly bang-average or worse customer service you get over time. This felt so unfamiliar! Thank you very much and keep up the amazing work! Best £20 I've ever spent. £2/medal with engraving and speedy delivery - unbelievable!!
Fantastic customer service.
