One very happy customer.
I put an order of 5 trophies in all with engraving. I was contacted personally within a week of ordering, being explained that 3 of the trophies had recently gone out of stock and that I could choose an alternative with a link to the options. This is was very helpful and all of the trophies came in time for the event I need them for. Very happy with the service and will definitely use them again in the future.
