I have used Trophy Store for a few years now and have always been impressed with their professional and quick turnaround. On my recent order I needed to request for a last minute award on a Thursday which they were able to accommodate and delivered by the following Tuesday in time for an event on the Wednesday despite being busy with other orders. I'm the treasurer of our local club and when purchasing the trophies for our AGM I had a problem at checkout. I took screenshots of what I bought and sent them to the claims department via email.
