I received the trophies fairly quickly which is always a bonus, but the part that stood out to me was the companies efforts to make sure my trophies were up to a certain standard. I had recieved an email stating that one of my trophy designs just wasn't good enough in regards to the engraving as it kept coming back poorly done, so I was contacted and offered some other similar desgns for no extra charge. I felt this was above what would be expected from some companies who would merely send you the item regardless of how it looked and was very grateful for the time and effort they put in.

I ordered 2 trophies and got the details mixed up. I sent an e-mail and called to ensure that the order was corrected. Unfortunately when delivered one of the orders was wrong. I called in and there was no fuss. They were polite and apologetic and corrected the order free of charge. OK so they did not get it right in the first place, but then neither did I ! And then there was no quibbling when it went wrong - can't ask for much more than that.

Company Award Trophies
We recently implemented an Award scheme for Employee of the Month and decided for 2017 we would award trophies to individual winners. The trophies were reasonable priced, with a small increase in cost for engraving, and were received very quickly. The cost of these items were far less than I expected and on receiving the trophies, I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the item. Trophy Store also stay in touch regularly informing of when the order is ready, when it is despatched and an exact time window of when it will be delivered. I will definitely use and recommend Trophy Store again
