The engraved tankard I ordered is beautiful. I had asked for more letters engraved than were allowed and they rang me promptly to let me know and to organise the extra wording. They were very friendly on the phone and I got exactly what I had ordered. The tankard arrived beautifully boxed and very quickly. Very very good service, would recommend to anyone.

Fast Service and Great Awards!
My order was processed very quickly and I am in the US. I ordered for a team event in London and the order was fulfilled with not issues and they look great! Thank you for such a good experience across the pond.
Tremendous trophies
Having ordered for the first time from Trophy store I was blown away by the quality of their lawn bowls trophies. I had a small problem with one of the trophies ,which had been chipped in transit, so contacted customer service. The young man dealt with the problem and organised an engraved replacement model in the space of a few minutes. It arrived in 48 hours. That's service for you!. I will never buy trophies or medals from anywhere else. This online store is awesome and can't be beaten on quality, price or service. BTW: The lawn bowls winner was overjoyed with her prize. She told me that she was going to put it on show in her cabinet because it was just amazing. Thank you!
