There was a hiccup with the medals I received-they had not been engraved as per the order. The Trophy Store fixed it immediately and sent me new medals.
We all make mistakes. They rectified the mistake immediately. I thought it was great customer service.

Highly recommend
I would recommend Trophy Store to anyone looking for a trophy. I can't speak for any other sport but I have just purchased several golf trophies. There us a large selection of trophies to choose from and they included engraving. The only negative is that the website said 5 to 7 working days for delivery and it took a couple of weeks to get mine but maybe it's because I wanted a few. Overall very pleased with everything
