very rare you get quality at a cheap price

I chose trophy store , because the web site was simple to use... some web sites take you for a long ride till you get there, but this company : in my opinion got it right . I liked what I chose , and when it got delivered , it was better than I expected. I work with special needs people and they play basket ball , and they love the trophy's...............

Trophy Store provided extremely good, helpful and fast service.

Our order with Trophy Store was dealt with quickly and efficiently from the beginning. We gave them a very tight deadline for delivery as we needed the trophies and medals for our presentation evening.Unfortunately due to matters beyond our control the courier was not able to deliver our parcel. However, I phoned Trophy Store and they arranged for the courier to deliver the parcel an hour later!!! We were all very impressed.

TOP CLASS SERVICE

I have used trophy store a couple of times before and found service great, on this occasion service was EXCELLENT. First I placed my order, but then had to add to it, I rand and the staff were friendly, helpful and professional and my problem resolved with ease, then I found I needed the items faster than I had expected, again I telephoned and found the same fantastic level of service, my goods are now on there was to me. TOP CLASS SERVICE. Its not often you find a company with such great customer service. I cant praise them enough, and all the products I have bought have surpassed my expectations too.

Great items, good quality, speedy despatch

I had medals and trophies for our Town Crier Competition, all on the Jubilee theme. Everyone loved them and they we very reasonably priced compared to some other medal suppliers. I have had Trophy Store medals now for several years and will continue to use them.

Fair play I was really impressed with how easy the website was to use for a start and then to recieve an email to tell me the order had been despatched a few days later was fantastic, my delight did'nt stop there I then had an email to say it would be delivered between 9.15 and 10.15 it arrived at 9.31 really pleased with the trophies and the price well done trophy store I will definately be using you again and telling all the other teams too thank you!!

A fantastic one stop shop!

There was a wide range of medals and trophys to chose from - all of which were priced very reasonably.Ordering was very easy, and the countdown of characters when tryping the text to be engraved was a godsend - you dont realise just how quickly 40 characters gets used up!Delivery was swift (within 1 week of order).The medal received was just wonderful - much nicer than expected (sometimes the photos of goods available on internet sites are much nicer than the actual thing - it was a really pleasant surprise that the medal we got was as lovely as it was)My daughter is really excited and cant wait to give it to her teacher next Friday as a thank you for being a great teacher. We got a box and ribbon to go with it so he should be the proudest teacher in the world!I have told all my friends what a great site it is.

very happy with my purchase , returning customer

I am a 3rd time returning customer to Trophy Store , great service and value for money . They helped me out a few years ago when our event was called off and the trophies we had bought were dated but rendered useless as they were now out of date . I emailed them to ask for new engraved badges offering to pay for the service so we could re-use the trophies the following year . They kindly did this free of charge with no problem at all . Easy to use website and helpful assistance although might be an idea to include something about engraving requirements that are outwith the normal three lines (I had to phone to ask).Nice to get an e-mail confirming when delivery would be and even nicer to get delivery exactly as stated. All in all, easy and pleasurable to deal with. Trophy was as expected and well finished. Thank you.

Refreshingly super efficient service from start to finish.

If Trophy Store can do it why can't other companies? Due to my own inefficiency and low expectations, I did not check my emails. Had I done so I would have seen the first, very prompt, email advising me that my order would be delivered between 11.50 and 12.50. Unfortunately I was not here to take delivery. I did read the follow up emails regarding alternative delivery arrangements, and the item arrived within a couple of minutes of the start of the hour slot advised. Brilliant service. Pleasant delivery guy. Very pleased with trophy purchased.

Fast and efficient

The trophy I ordered to leave as a drama award at my sons school in his name was exactly as described. Any child would be delighted to win it it's got a good weight and is beautiful. Finger marks will need to be wiped off with a cloth if they want to keep handling it but I am delighted with it.

Fast, good quality, excellent value for money!

We just wanted small 1st, 2nd & 3rd 'Star' shaped trophies for our Girl's Brigade Superstars competition. There was a huge variety to choose from and it all came to less than £15 with engraving included! I would recommend Trophy Store to anyone (and actually already have!).
