I bought two trophies for my son and his mate to celebrate the achievnemt of a very long bike ride they were dispached in plenty of time i then discovered that i needed a third for my nephew with only six days to the big day. I asked a if could be possible to have the extra trophy befor the saturday and guess what we wernt dissapointed so well don not only excellent product but outstanding service Thanks guys

Excellent Service

Really pleased with the product, price and service. Shopped around a bit before buying and the prices were the best and everything was delivered in 5 days. Received a phone call 2 days before delivery saying that unfortunately 2 main trophies had been damaged and so was offered a replacement of a more expensive trophy. This was fine and everything was delivered on time. The delivery tracking you get is excellent.I will definately use them again.

My 6th year of ordering, 1st class service

I buy medals for a 7-a-side football match between our two parish primary schools at the annual church summer fete. Gold for winners and silver for runners up, and the kids love them. There is no shortage of children wanting to play in the teams. Of course it means that I am stuck with giving the medals for life, but I don't care 'cos any money we raise in the village goes towards church funds.

Value for money...fast!

I ordered two trophies, complete with engraving, on June 11 2012 for a Clay Shooting competition. Not only did they arrive just four days later but I received an advance e-mail telling me the actual hour they would arrive - I couldn't get that from our local shop!! It was top quality service and products and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend - thank you.

Good company, great communication

Web site good although trying to order with speedy delivery seemed not possible. I telephoned and spoke to a very pleasant member of staff who assured me of a delivery date . The order actually arrived a day early with great communication via email and text regarding status. I wish more companies did this. Well done

would never even look any where else!

I was looking for some little trophies for our Year 6 leavers party and came across your website.i had to phone to start with as not quite sure what i needed! Spoke to such a friendly girl who gave me all the info i needed and had such a great manner,even though she probably had had this request 1000 times!I put the order in ,30 little trophies with the kids names and the school and date engraved on them.All came in their own little box and all spot on.Fabulous service from start to finish!Thankyou!Will definately recommend and will use again for next time.

Great trophies for the price

Trophies are of good quality for the price , they came within under a week , would definelty use again . Only downside is characters are limited to 50 words on the trophies apart from the that great service and great trophies

Very impressed

I have never ordered from this site before, and was extremely impressed . The choice of products is vast, and are very reasonably priced. The quality of the trophies I ordered is excellentI was also particularly impressed with the delivery. The original delivery time I was quoted was inconvenient, so I was able to change it and nominate a more suitable time. Not only that, but I received an email on the delivery morning telling me exactly when the parcel would arrive. Certainly made a change from having to wait around all day! I would definitely recommend this site

Great Quality, value for money and very reliable

The trophies I ordered for my girls were brilliant and I couldn't believe the price. Twice now i have ordered from the trophy store, both times they were very last minute requests, one of which was for jubilee medals.
