FANTASTIC

i approached trophy store as we are holding a charity darts night on behalf of parkinsons. they were only to happy to help us and donated us 2 darts trophy plus engraving free of charge and although i didnt get the order in till just before closing on the tuesday they went over the inscriptions on them and said they will be with me on thursday . thursday morning at 8.30 they arrived a pleasure to work with and will do so for many trophys well done and thankyou

Cheap but does not look so!

I am quite pleased with the Table Tennis trophy I purchased from Trophy Store. The engraving was made to order and the trophy was delivered very quickly. It looks very good, it has got some weight to it so does not feel "cheap". I would have preferred a larger trophy however, and the largest one offered by Trophy Store was just about 19cm. But very pleased all together! It is a good way to create more interest in the tournament we are organising at a small cost.

OUTSTANDING SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

This was my first experience shopping with Trophystore and as you can see by my rating it was a very quick, simple and pleasurable experience. The website is user friendly. The quality and price of the goods are outstanding (and free engraving on most products too - WOW!) and even though there was a delivery problem with the courier service (DPD) Trophystore sorted it out immediately and were very apologetic. This by no means would stop me from ordering from this company again. I would highly recommend Trophystore to anyone who would like good quality products at a very reasonable price.

Fabulous Customer Service

I have used the trophy store for a few years now for our trophies for my riding school. They offer excellent customer service and speedy delivery of goods. If an item is no longer available they let you know as soon as possible and help source an alternative. Our clients (adults and children) love receiving these trophies. Amazing staff and exceptional service

I called up on Thursday evening to get some medals and a trophy to distribute for my sons birthday party - in 2 days time! Spoke to Ashley who was amazing, he recommended some items to save me from trawling through the stock. He said he would engrave the trophy and it will be delivered the next day - amazingly it was! My son was so proud of his trophy and all the kids loved their medals, even the coaches commented on the superior quality. What a fantastic company, I'll definetly recommend them.

Delivery very prompt.

This is the first time I have used Trophy Store and would reccommend them. Delivery was within a couple of days including the engraving as well. I use other trophy stores as well but decided to give these a try so that we don't have repetative trophies through the season. The only set back for me is that it is the only store i have had to pay for engraving and the only store where i have had limited charactors and therefore can't fit all that i want on the engraving. Apart from that they were very efficient and the trophies are of good quality.

Ridiculous post/packing cost for 10 small badges- sorry won't use again

I ordered 10 small science badges at 40p each. The p&p was almost £7 making my order much more expensive than necessary. I won't use this company again as a colleague had same problem with chess club badges, wrote a letter about the high p&P costs but heard nothing back.
