Very easy process from Ordering to Receipt of Goods

Website: Very easy to navigate and the pictures of the trophies are just the right size to convey the detail. Adding Inscriptions is very straight forward and the full price is shown with no hidden extras. Order was placed and then shipped within a day or so which was superb as the event is at the end of January. Certainly recommend Trophy Store to anyone needing fast, decent service.

Swift, easy and of higher quality than expected.

Very last minute decision to purchase trophies for ongoing competition winners for corporation. Found the site very easy though the number of choices was staggering, taking me longer than I'd anticipated. Order was placed one Tuesday and they were all delivered, fully engraved within three working days. A very good experience.

Excellent Service & Staff

This is the second year that the Spanish Association of Barbershop Singers (SABS) has ordered medals and ribbons from the Trophy Store. Their staff have been very helpful and efficient. There is a wide selection of trophies and medals to choose from and they offer something a little different, which is why we chose them. We hope that they will soon ship to and accept payments from Europe, or set up a facility here - there is nothing to compete.

Excellent Service!!

I have used this website on a number of occassions and can throughly recommend it. Not only is the website easy to use but customer service and delivery are excellent. There were no problems at all when I wanted a trophy modifying to something we particularly wanted .... just phoned customer services who did it for me and passed on to another department. I am kept up to date with delivery by emails and my orders are always delivered on time.

Awesome both service and product

Having looked at many trophies on many sites I found this one and I was so please I did (I was looking at trophies with stars). And boy was it fabulous! The trophy was amazing not only was it stars but shooting stars which was most approprate for my needs. The engraving was excellent to excally how I wanted it. The trophy was well recieved and everyone loved it. Delivery was swift and went beyond expectation. I would highly recommend both this award and this company to any of my friends - in fact will will be using them again very soon.

Kept in the purchase/delivery"loop"

Happy with the overall service from Trophy Store and a constant supply of emails detailing transaction process was helpful. My only concern was the delivery cost. I felt this was very high, it may be something you wish to look at as it would definitely give me reservations with any future orders. I ordered 10 x Prefect badges and got charged £6.95 for delivery

Excellent service and high quality product

My daughter raised money for charity by doing 500 punches and 500 kicks, so we decided to buy her a trophy for her efforts. When I looked on the Trophy Store website I found exactly the type of trophy I wanted at a fantastic price. Not only did I get a quality trophy at a great price, but they also engrave it for only £1 extra and delivery was very cheap too. I was also very impressed with the speed it was delivered (within 7 days of ordering). I will definetly be using this store again and I will recommend it to the many sports coaches I know.
