I ordered a golfing trophy for a friend which arrived very promptly but unfortunately was damaged, after contacting customer services and submitting proof a replacement was issued in perfect condition in time for the presentation. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for both the products and the service, delivery was also excellent by DPD with notifications of the hour that it was being delivered within so I could arrange my day around this very convenient time

Superb Service

The product I originally ordered had scratches all over the metal plates. Having sent an email to customer services they replaced the item with a better product. The plaque looks fantastic and I am very happy. Will shop here again and highly recommend!

A reliable efficient company I would use again

Having a tight deadline, I was anxious about giving enough notice to the trophy store for them to be able to make the awards in time for our conference. They were great. We did have to go back to them once with design issues, but this did not impede on getting the trophies created and ready for the day. When we did receive them, they were high quality products we were proud to be giving out. Will definitely be looking at them for next years conference awards

Fast efficient friendly service

I contacted the Trophy Store to arrange for an engraved glass trophy to use for our recognition awards at work. They had a huge choice of trophies to choose from, really nice designs. After choosing which one I wanted, I simply emailed through the logos I wanted on them, they promtly sent proofs through to me & within less than 5 days the trophy was sent. The communications throughout the whole process were brilliant. The trophy is of excellent standard & looks even better than the photo online. Thanks again for a great service.

Good service with regular updates on delivery by text and email.

Product was good, engraving was clear, and delivery system excellent - I changed my delivery time a few hours before it was due and it was organised effeciently and quickly for 2 days later. Good updates on delivery time slot by text and email and very punctual delivery.

Fast, efficient, lovely trophies

Pleased with the trophies, just a little off centre engraving which is probably inevitable due to the shape of the "diamond". Other than that service and goods were perfect and very well received.

Good Quality and Great Service

Good quality and great service and price fine only slight problem I have is there is not a great deal of choice if you do not want a sports trophy. I require some for Dog Obedience Training and was very limited as to choice. But will definately recomend to all sporty people.

Excellent service and good quality trophies

Overall I was impressed with trophystore although a couple of minor niggles stopped me from giving them a 5 star rating. Ordering was simple on the website and the delivery service was superb. I was e-mailed the day before delivery was due to ask whether that day was convenient at the specified address and given the option to change the date if required. I did change the date to the next day which was easy and confirmed by another e-mail. The morning of delivery I received a text and an e-mail confirming the time range of the delivery (a range of an hour) and it arrived exactly on time. Most of the trophies were excellent although I was slightly disappointed that one of the engraved strips had not been stuck on perfectly straight and the cricket bat that came with the batsman trophy was not of a proportional size or similar standard to the rest of the trophy itself. These were minor quibbles really though and I would definitely recommend trophystore to others.

Helpfull

I recently order some trophys and was very surprised at how quick they where in not only engraving the trophys but also dispatching them within a week especially when its the time of the year when they are very busy. They also engraved some shields for us which was purchased several years ago from another company. And the very first time i used this company i only had a few days to get the trophys before presentation day and they where very helpful in sending them engraved as well the next day. I will not use another company as these go out of their way to help you in every possible way.

if I received one of these trophies, i'd feel amazing

This is the first time that I've used 'Trophy Store' and it certainly won't be the last. I purchased 2 trophies for an achievement award and hope to do this frequently (termly) I know the selected pupils will be absolutely thrilled with them. In the past I've only ever been able to find sporting goods and trying to find something that would suit dancing was limited. However not anymore! Thank you, you have a very satisfied and happy customer. Speed with the delivery was also quick.

Quick and easy

Very easy to place order which was done on a Sunday. Email to confirm order, then Email day before delivery to advise of arrival, then email on morning of delivery to tell me what 1hour delivery slot had been allocated. Which arrived 30 mins into that 1 hour slot. very efficent. Would use again.

A very good product at a very good price.

I ordered the "man of the match" award for my 7 year old son. I paid the extra pound to have it engraved (which made his day) and I am pleased with the quality of it. Also I thought that the emails regarding delivery were excellent. I would definately order from this website again.

Great products, service let me down badly this time

I use Trophy store to purchase all my trophies for my schools project which runs throughout the year. The quality of the products is great and previously the delivery has been as well. For my last event I ordered 4 trophies and was very clear from the outset when I needed these by and had several emails confirming that delivery was ok. 3 trophies turned up on time. The most important and most expensive turned up late and missed the event, which was not only embarrassing for me as a company for the project, but immediately made the spend on a glass trophy a waste of money. Really really disappointed given how much I had emphasised on the importance of the delivery date.
