Gold Medal Service

Returning customer. Your medals are excellent. The Scouts and Cubs Swimming Teams loved them. They are not expensive but have a solid chunky feel to them. Great value for money. The wide choice of ribbons made them really smart. Again we had them sent within a couple of days of the event and they were able to receive them the following week. Excellent service all round !

I was so pleased when I came across Trophy store..... their website was very straight forward and had a fantastic selection. They had just what I was looking for at great competitive prices. I will definitely shop there again. Delivery was well within the expected delivery date with the added extra of a text message giving me a one hour delivery slot.

Excellent Customer Service

Robot trophies still go down amazingly well and this is the second year running I have used them for this event aimed at yr6 students and young prof engineers. Would prefer the quality to be a little better as they are very easily broken and one arrived broken this year in transit. Will still use them again though as so popular!

So simple...

Great website, able to choose from a wide array and then simply place an order. Have ordered from them on two seperate occasions and each time the trophies have been delivered on time and in protective wrapping. Cant ask for anymore to be honest. Have no hesitation in recommending or ordering from them again.

Not up to usual standard

Having previously purchased from Trophy Store, I had no problem going back to purchase some more trophies for an event this year. However - the two trophies turned up with the same engraving on both even though there were meant to be two different ones. I rang up immediately and was advised by a gentleman on the Friday that he would send another sticky name plate out that day so I would receive it before the next Wednesday when the event was happening. On Tuesday I still hadn't received it so rang up to find out where it was. The person I had spoken to on Friday had since left the company and another lady said she would put one in the post for me. I stressed that I needed it on Wednesday for the event that night. Regardless of this - it was sent first class rather than special delivery. It didn't turn up and when I rang up to find out what they could do I spoke to three different people at three different times all who said they would get back to me. One did and finally offered a refund on the product but by this time it was too late to receive a new plate. The products are good but the service let them down on this occasion.

Good trophy, sloppy plaque

the trophy is as advertised and good quality. However, the engraved name plaque was stuck on haphazardly and isn't centred. Looks sloppy.

Quick, good value and excellent customer service

I ordered a trophy from the Trophy Store for a staff event we had planned. The different varieties of trophies available online were excellent and with the help of the customer service team I was able to receive my engraved trophy within 3 days on the day of our event. I would definitely use the Trophy Store again and look forward to revisiting their site in the future.

I was constantly updated with the progress of my order, and the estimated time of delivery. estimated time was 10.56 to 11.56, arrived at 11.25 which was pretty good! goods were exactly what I wanted and well packed to avoid any damage in transit. will use this firm again when makeing similar purchases.
