Speedy order needed for Gymnastics Club

It was the first time that I ordered with trophystore.co.uk. The website was easy to use and when I needed to call and check a couple of details the staff were really friendly and very helpful. I needed the order in less than a week with some trophies engraved so I paid for the fast track service and the whole order arrived in plenty of time. I also found the courier service they use fab! Unlike most courier services, where you end up wasting an entire day waiting for the delivery because you have no idea when they could turn up, I was contacted frequently letting me know the status of the delivery and even given a 1 hour time slot!Thank you very much, I will be a regular customer :)

Couldn't be happier!

I have been disappointed before by online medal and trophy suppliers where the items looked classy on the website but turned out to be rather tacky. NOT the case here - in fact, quite the reverse! The three 'budget' golf trophies I bought have a nice weight and feel to them and the engraving is simple but accurate and stylish. Also impressed by the excellent email communications and cracking delivery service (I use DPD fairly frequently myself; their web-based services are excellent, allowing you to reschedule, change delivery address, etc. very easily - I also like the fact that you get a one hour delivery slot allocated when the van leaves their depot on the day). Oh, and the trophies were really well packed too! Will certainly be using Trophy Store again!

I have used Trophy store many times before and I have never been let down, even when I order items at the last.This time there was a minor issue with the centre section of my trophies, which I was contacted straight away and made aware of the situation, and we sorted that very easily and quickly.I asked that my product was sent by a certain date to make sure I had them for a presentation evening. I was told that that would not be a problem, they were correct as the sent them out a day earlier which really helped with my nerves.I would tell everybody to use Trophy Store, and if any issues give them a call as they are all very helpful indeed.
