I was delighted to have this trophy delivered really quickly and am very pleased indeed with the quality of the piece. It helped to know exactly when it was to be delivered as well.My only, tiny, complaint is that I do wonder if it really needed quite so much packaging? Absolutely brilliant service

I called the Trophy store with a request on the Tuesday for medals engraved which were required for the saturday. My call was dealt with immediately and professionaly. We received the medals on the Friday by courier. The medals were of the standard expected and the engraving was as requested.

Fast and On Time!

Already recommended Trophy Store to colleagues. Their web site is easy to use, excellent variety of awards and such good value for money. The web site's easy to use but the catalogue easier to flick through. My initial telephone enquiry was so professionally dealt with I ordered my awards, that I'd located on the web site, there and then. Delivery of the completed order was also earlier than anticipated. Brilliant service. Already planning repeat orders as well as larger engraved awards now we know the quality of their work.

Brilliant from start to finish!

I was sceptical of purchasing something like this for such an important event, where quality is critical. I expected delays and even shoddy workmanship, and when I received the box, I expected the trophies to be dinged and bent. However, the whole experience was quick, professional and of a more than eceptable quality for the price. 3rd year of providing our awards for Drama Group!

This is the 3rd year we have purchased awards from Trophy Store for our community based and voluntary run amateur dramatic group. We have two groups, junior and seniors and the highlight of their year is the "Oscars" style awards night. All the children receive certificates and this year we have purchased them drama lapel badges. We have awards for Best Actor, Best Actress and Most Promising in each of the two groups and on top of these 6 awards, we also have the star award for the person who has been ultra committed in their time, service and contribution to the group over both groups. We always display these on a special table on various levels and the children always make a bee-line towards them, speculating who is going to get one this year! The trophies are extremely cost effective for our group and are well worth the money. We would highly recommend the company without a doubt. I am even talking our local secondary school into using them and another colleague from another school has asked for the website after seeing a couple of the items purchased. Their commitment to their customers is outstanding - especially last year when I forgot to order the trophies!!! I was panicking and only had a matter of days and they delivered with time to spare, including personalised engraving. A must for any organisation - bookmark them in your favourites for easy reach.

Outstanding

I bought two trophies for my son and his mate to celebrate the achievnemt of a very long bike ride they were dispached in plenty of time i then discovered that i needed a third for my nephew with only six days to the big day. I asked a if could be possible to have the extra trophy befor the saturday and guess what we wernt dissapointed so well don not only excellent product but outstanding service Thanks guys

Excellent Service

Really pleased with the product, price and service. Shopped around a bit before buying and the prices were the best and everything was delivered in 5 days. Received a phone call 2 days before delivery saying that unfortunately 2 main trophies had been damaged and so was offered a replacement of a more expensive trophy. This was fine and everything was delivered on time. The delivery tracking you get is excellent.I will definately use them again.

My 6th year of ordering, 1st class service

I buy medals for a 7-a-side football match between our two parish primary schools at the annual church summer fete. Gold for winners and silver for runners up, and the kids love them. There is no shortage of children wanting to play in the teams. Of course it means that I am stuck with giving the medals for life, but I don't care 'cos any money we raise in the village goes towards church funds.

Value for money...fast!

I ordered two trophies, complete with engraving, on June 11 2012 for a Clay Shooting competition. Not only did they arrive just four days later but I received an advance e-mail telling me the actual hour they would arrive - I couldn't get that from our local shop!! Good company, great communication

Web site good although trying to order with speedy delivery seemed not possible. I telephoned and spoke to a very pleasant member of staff who assured me of a delivery date . The order actually arrived a day early with great communication via email and text regarding status. I wish more companies did this. Well done
