I found the Trophy store to be efficient, reasonably priced and very helpful. Our order of 6 trophies were with us within a week. The draft artwork was with us very quickly and the order followed a couple of days later. Very efficient.

Exceptional customer service

Ordered 3 glass awards for an NHS award evening. Bit of a last minute order, so spoke with the team to try to expedite the order. Sophie on the phone and via email was very helpful, managed to get artwork team on the job quickly, got graphics approved and awards made asap. The trophy was brilliant

The trophy was brilliant, just what I needed and such a reasonable price too. I had an issue with my local Co-op (where DPD delivered the parcel to) claiming non receipt so got in touch with their customer service. I can’t fault them at all! They were brilliant, and completely appreciated the time sensitiveness of receiving the trophy by a certain date. They did finally manage to track the original down, but were willing to post another one out next day delivery if it couldn’t be located so I would receive in time! Very impressed, and will definitely use again for any trophy needs!
