When I noticed a mishap on the labelling of the three trophies that I’d ordered after they were delivered I contacted TrophyStore to inform them of their mistake. They quickly responded and offered to supply free of charge replacement labels so I could resolve the problem.

Really easy to use website and if you have a special request, very helpful staff when you call the help desk. The trophies arrived on time and safely packed. DPD emailed me with a one hour delivery slot.

Yet another Football season closes and…
Yet another Football season closes and therefore end of season awards are required. So once again turned to Trophy Store for our somewhat off the wall awards.
All delivered as requested, in good time (despite order being a bit later than previous years) and all top quality. As per previous years the recipients were “thrilled to bits”, “over the moon” and one this year almost reduced to tears of joy with the awards.

Description, product and packaging of high standard
Was searching around for some novelty awards for an end of season presentation. I searched the discontinued tab and found some nice products at affordable prices. Easy to order, products wrapped and in excellent condition and delivery was bang on the date stipulated in the communication. The parcel had a nice thank you company card and a small bag of Haribos as a thank gesture for my custom. Really pleasant experience.

Memorial Trophy
Ordered a memorial cup in memory of cricketer who sadly passed earlier this year. Easy to locate a suitable cup on the website. Engraving was excellent and exactly the font required.Service was outstanding. Arrived quickly . Yes I would recommend the Trophy Store. I would certainly use them again
