Absolutely fantastic I bought this trophy for my 4 year old daughter she loves it, I was surprised it's made from quality metal and quite heavy compared to a cheap plastic 1. I would definitely recommend.

Very efficient, looked as online picture
Very easy to order the glass trophy. A proof was sent for approval and then it was engraved as required and arrived before the requested date. Presentation box was extra but it was needed to make it look more special and keep it safe.

I received exactly the range of medals…
I received exactly the range of medals and trophies I had ordered all of which were engraved as specified and the box arrived with two days to spare. I have ordered from Trophy Store for an annual event, several times. I have been rather tight on time in the past... this time I ordered a little earlier... which meant I cold relax about delivery, but they have always met my deadline.

Fantastic service and great quality and came with a nice presentation box. I did leave things a little late and then found out for my particular trophy (crystal) after I had sent everything and paid it takes 10 days. I rang them and asked if there was any way I could get it sooner as needed it for a presentation. For a nominal fee they rushed it through and I received it within a few days. Quality was great and so was the engraving of the text and our logo. Really happy with everything and would highly recommend… they even have templates you can download to use for text and logo placement. 5 Stars!

Excellent customer service, i contacted them for advice before a purchase. Medals arrived on time and were as expected. I didn’t have a big order as they were for a family joke gift but were well priced to enable us to do this. You don’t have to bulk order which I thought you may have to.
