Postage Rate high & engraving mixed up

Given that Mail Postage rates are the same regarless of where you live in the UK, the higher postage rate for Highland & Islands is a disgrace - particularly given I live in a Mainland City - Inverness. I only agreed to process the order because I didn't have the time to look elsewhere. When the trophies arrived two of the engraved plates had to be switched to make good - slightly scratching the trophies in the process - again no time to do anything else. Won't be ordering from Trophy Store again.

Very good value for money. Arrived on time as ordered 100%. Nicely wrapped.

I have to say that the next time I need some trophies for our Pony Club I will come back to Trophy Store. The orders arrive on time in full. Each Trophy is well wrapped considering they are not expensive too. They are nicely engraved - exactly layed out as requested. Considering this is an on line service with no face to face contact. The instruction are followed out to a T and the service is great!

Good, would use again.

I ordered two trophies with writing on a plaque underneath a cup which was the cheapest way to get what I wanted. I was pleased with the quality of what I ordered and would use Trophy Store again.

Good quality, will be back next year

Web site easy to navigate, reasonable P&P. Tropies was of a good standard in quality. Good customer service. For some reason the payment site would 'nt except my payment cards, so I sent email notifying of this with a sreen print of my order. Within an hour they had contacted me to go through final payment details. Job done. Very easy to deal with.

Fantastic service

The service was quick, hassle free and great items. I had a couple of trophies of the same style that were broken on arrival. However this was dealt with immediately with replacements and and engraving being organised and received the next day.

Great trophies - delivery not always accurate

When I paid an additional express delivery of £10 I was told delivery would not be later than 5.30pm but it was 7.30pm and I missed the scheduled presentation.

The hopeless delivery failure rendered the whole purchase untimely and overshadowed anything else.

To have the delivery agent file an online message that delivery had been refused "by Randy" was a nonsense. I am not aware of anyone by that name at this address. The reception desk team confirmed that there had been no dlivery refused that day. By the time I realised this had happened it was too late to achieve a redirection in time for the next day presentation as planned. The product is as advertised but your deliverer failed us both.

XLN AWARDS

Excellent value delivered ahead of time!

Shopped around for a few cheapish trophies for some low-key office awards and stumbled upon Trophy Store. I'd left it a bit late so called up to see whether it was likely I'd be able to receive orders within the 4 days I had and was told it was possible. 2 days alter, the trophies arrived! Excellent! To top that off, the quality was much better than I'd expected and the engraving was nicely done. Top drawer service - would use again and recommend.

Good service, but quality of trophy not as expected.

The service from initial search to delivery updates was superb, but the experience was tarnished by the quality of the trophy, which, although they looked decent from a distance and had a solid base, were flimsy in the top half. A shame that this let the process down (something which is an issue with Internet shopping generally I guess), as otherwise the review would have been close to 100%.

good trophy, on time delivery

trophy was of good quality (though a bit unstable - centre of gravity is off and a small nudge will make it fall over), however, pleased with its overall appearance. headline price much less than actually paid after engraving and delivery cost

Very good quality, happy customer

I needed 3 trophies for company competition and I've purchased 3 different sizes trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. Delivery took over a week but I was very happy with the product. Quite heavy and great quality. Winners in our company where over the moon and now proudly are displaying their trophies. Recommended.
