Had a very small order of 2 Trophies. The service on the phone was brilliant - couldnt ask for more. The tracking service that was provided - again excellent. Knew to the hour on the day of delivery when they were coming - and to add to that the speed in which the order was processed and delivered was top class. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone. A good shopping experience

My first contact by phone was with a very helpful and pleasant lady who took the time to make sure that my order was exactly what I needed and the engraving on my trophies was just what I wanted. I then received an Email to confirm my order and to show me a drawing of the size and style of engraving that I had asked for. This is a very good idea because it shows exactly what you will receive. I then received my trophies by the time I had requested. All in all, a very agreeable purchase.

Unbeatable choice and service!

Absolutely fine

Quick service, liked the fact that I was told by email when it was arriving, like the choice of sizes and quality in many designs. We only needed amodest silver looking cup - a Trophystore one fitted the bill. Have used Trophystore before, and will certainly do so again.

Outstandin customer service with quick delivery and great products

Great communication on order status, great all round.

Absolutely everything I needed in just one simple click

Ordered trophy for daughter's team. It arrived in excellent condition, packaged well and the same week as I ordered it. I was notified by e-mail saying that someone needed to be on the day it would be delivered and I was further notified by text to say it would arrive between 12 and 1pm, so I knew to be in. Although I would have been happy with them leaving it on the doorstep as it was relatively cheap.

Service was supreme in every respect

I just wanted to write to you to say how impressed I've been with every aspect of my experience buying from you. I ordered a trophy on Thursday afternoon, was advised it would be delivered "between 10.06 and 11.06 this morning and at 10.07am it arrived!! Add to that, that the trophy itself is superb quality and I am very chuffed indeed. I buy many things over 't'internet' and sadly many of the delivery experiences are far far inferior to this. Fast, Fabulous Service

Ordered a player of the week trophy to replace one my child broke. Ordered Tuesday delivered Friday - Excellent service. Received text messages updating me about delivery even gave me an hour window in which delivery would take place and then informed that goods had been signed for. Some of the larger companies cannot offer this kind of service (which let's be honest is what we need in today's busy lives). I am really impressed and would definately use this company again. I ordered a golfing trophy for a friend which arrived very promptly but unfortunately was damaged, after contacting customer services and submitting proof a replacement was issued in perfect condition in time for the presentation. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for both the products and the service, delivery was also excellent by DPD with notifications of the hour that it was being delivered within so I could arrange my day around this very convenient time

Superb Service

The product I originally ordered had scratches all over the metal plates. Having sent an email to customer services they replaced the item with a better product. The plaque looks fantastic and I am very happy. Will shop here again and highly recommend!

A reliable efficient company I would use again

Having a tight deadline, I was anxious about giving enough notice to the trophy store for them to be able to make the awards in time for our conference. They were great. We did have to go back to them once with design issues, but this did not impede on getting the trophies created and ready for the day. When we did receive them, they were high quality products we were proud to be giving out. Will definitely be looking at them for next years conference awards

Fast efficient friendly service

I contacted the Trophy Store to arrange for an engraved glass trophy to use for our recognition awards at work. They had a huge choice of trophies to choose from, really nice designs. After choosing which one I wanted, I simply emailed through the logos I wanted on them, they promtly sent proofs through to me & within less than 5 days the trophy was sent. The communications throughout the whole process were brilliant. The trophy is of excellent standard & looks even better than the photo online. Thanks again for a great service.

Good service with regular updates on delivery by text and email.

Product was good, engraving was clear, and delivery system excellent - I changed my delivery time a few hours before it was due and it was organised effeciently and quickly for 2 days later. Good updates on delivery time slot by text and email and very punctual delivery.

Fast, efficient, lovely trophies

Pleased with the trophies, just a little off centre engraving which is probably inevitable due to the shape of the "diamond". Other than that service and goods were perfect and very well received.
