Cheltenham here we come!

We have arranged a big family reunion to coincide with Cheltenham Race Week. Among the different entertainments that we have planned is a mock race night at home. Very efficient, and quicker than expected

When I specified on the form that I needed the delivery to be slightly earlier than their guaranteed delivery date they were happy to move it forward without charge, and as my instructions for the engraving were a little imprecise they called to clarify - the trophy arrived in perfect order and time, couldn't ask for more!

Surprisingly Good Quality

We received our first purchase and we were really happy with what we received. Other medals I have purchased for my sports company have been rubbish but these were excellent, cheap and delivered within a few days of ordering. Will use this site again when we next need medals!

Pleasantly Surprised

What an excellent product and service. The Stag Day clay pigeon shooting trophy arrived and I opened the box. The trophy was excellent ! Heavier and mor substantial than I envisaged. The engraving exactly as requested. Fantastic VFM and I would recommend Trophy Store to anyone. The trophy now sites proudly on the Stags mantlepiece ..... (gnashing of teeth) .. had planned a prime spot on mine. Thanks Trophy Store !

Excellent Service

Although I had a little trouble to start with ordering multiple trophies and requiring engraving once I got the hang of it , it was very easy.There was a huge amount of choice and styles and the menu allowed for to be price conscious without scrimping on the quality. It was an urgent order and I was worried about the delivery times. I decided to call the team. They were very helpful friendly and efficient. I was kept updated on the date and time of the order with emails and texts which was very reassuring. It really took the stress away from a busy conference knowing that I would get everything on time and as described. I would definetly use Trophy Store again.

Worked hard to accomodate a specialist order

Ironically, the speed of turnaround from order to delivery caused me some problems because I didn't have the time to advise the company of a specific requirement (more my fault than Trophy Store). They volunteered to pick up free of charge the delivery made the previouis day, actioned my required changes and had redlilivered in the same week.Fisrt class service - very impressed.

Great catalogue and website, but the trophies don't match up between the two.

Whereas we would not hesitate to recommend you to others, and having received excellent service via telephone and email, and order was received really quickly, we were frustrated by the fact that there are items on your website that are not in your catalogue. Whilst we can appreciate you use two different suppliers (as told on the phone), after having spent a considerable amount of time trying to choose what to order I suddenly realised we weren't seeing everything in the catalogue. We therefore had to use my laptop as well as the catalogue and start all over again. Surely there must be a way of tying these together. Will definitely use again next season!!

Really good quality and value for money

Bought trophies for a snooker tournament from trophy store last year and was really pleased with them when they arrived, especially for the price paid. Ordered from trophy store again this year for the tournament and again really pleased with the quality of the trophies. Perfect for what I needed and engraved really nicely. Selecting the right team (trophy store) made me a winning grand-dad

When my 7 year old grand-son won the man of the match for Gillibrand Warriors F.C on his debut game he received a trophy and certificate as he understandably had to return the trophy for the next match I thought it would be nice to get an engraved replica the trophy store delivered the engraved trophy two days after I ordered it their web-site is "grand-dad friendly" and they kept me informed of delivery and the trophy arrived as they predicted between 1300 and 1400 allowing me to take the trophy to Joshua when I collected him from school.First class service

Fast delivery

Thanks for the fast delivery and turnaround for my recent purchase of three trophies. Very helpful when I called to make an amendment to the engraving, and did not affect quick dispatch. Was dubious initially at high delivery cost, but given it came very quickly and had frequent emails giving me time of delivery to within an hour I would say it was worth the cost.Trophies nice quality too, heavy and look good.

Good customer service and quick delivery

Very wide selection of trophies to choose from to suit all budgets. I was after a small trophy for a golf society day and found what I wanted on the easy to use website. Excellent Service and Quality Product

This website was recommended to me by a colleague and I do not regret using it. The trophy, although only 3 inches tall, is well made and not just cheap plastic. We asked for engraving on 40 mini-maths awards and they arrived promptly the next week (I believe we ordered them on a Thursday and they were in our hands by Wednesday the next week). We will be using the Trophy Store in future, I have no doubt.Excellent work. Thank you.

Prompt delivery and friendly customer service

We decided to order trophies and medals for our inaugural College badminton tournament. However, our limited budget meant we had to shop around to get the best prices. Trophy Store offered a brilliant selection at good prices; when I rang Customer Services about the order, their response was courteous, friendly and helpful. As we had put in the order a day late, we had not expected to arrive in-time for our competition, but Trophy Store surpassed our expectations and the parcel arrived well packaged and a day earlier (with tracking)We will be ordering from Trophy Store again for future events; for the record, our order included an award for each person in a pair; so two trophies and four medals (and ribbons - didn't realise these cost extra but worth it in the end). I would particularly recommend the bronze badminton medal as a product - the detail was very good and had a decent weight to it, so overall a very lovely feel - more so than the gold-plated medal.

Fantastic quality service

Order placed very easily. Excellent choice. Quick delivery with a text sent before delivery to confirm date and an hour slot! Amazing I normally have to wait in all day for parcels. Text said it would arrive between 11:20 - 12:20 and it was delivered exactly between that time. Fab. I would highly recommend.
