Extremely professional approach by the Trophy Store

I found the Trophy Store easy to do business with. I made an enquiry about glass trophies and received advice and costings immediately.A draft wording was supplied to me for proofing, which we did change, but the Trophy Store were very accommodating.The trophies arrived well within the deadline advised and are professional looking and will add an element of sophistication to our Awards.

Everything great but the postage costs

From order to delivery was fab but paying nearly £7 delivery charge for 3 badges has put me off coming back. There were no other delivery options for such a small lightweight order.

Fantastic tophies and a quick, hassle-free service - well worth the money!

There's plenty of trophies - it was hard to choose! The trophies are solid - not at all flimsy. I was also impressed with the engraving service too and gives that personal touch to the trophies. Definitely worth the money and the delivery service was quicker than expected! Will be sure to use again.

Both the service and trophy were first class

My granddaughter was delighted with the trophy that i bought her for her graduation ,from talking to the nice young man (i did not get his name) on the phone to ask if they would change the the date on the trophy as i had mistakenly given the wrong one, to the delivery were they kept me informed of time and date when they would deliver ,Every thing was first class.I would not hesitate in recomending Trophy Store

Bowled me over

Trophies for our charity bowling night arrived in good time and in excellent condition. They were very reasonably priced, band looked so good that everyone wanted to win them on the night - even the "wooden" spoon! They certainly added to the excitement of the night

"New" Trophy Arrived in poor condition

I received the trophy with some of the varnish being chipped off the wood and the emblem had fallen off and I had to glue it back in place

late arrival

hi we were very pleased with the quality of the trophies we received however the ordering was very disappointing as i had rung to place my call stating that i needed the trophies for a competition on the sunday, it was tuesday when i placed the order. i was told on the phone that if i ordered online and paid for them before 12pm that day then they would be guaranteed to arrive in time for the comp. i did order and pay before 12pm however the ttrophies arrived the wednesday after the comp. not great on the day to have nothing to give the winners.

Me and my colleagues were looking for a different trophy for a new award we were presenting at our awards evening. We stumbled across this website with its crystal awards. The Trophystore was quick to answer any questions i had over email and telephone. I sent them an idea of what we wanted and they sent back a mock up straight away. The Trophy arrived a few days later packed securely and was exactly what we were looking for. I can't fault this company.

Great trophies, excellent service - really easy online!

We only wanted four trophies for a quiz we were organising, and usually drive to a local shop. Checked online, found Trophy Store and also that you could set your engraving requirements up to. Fair prices, excellent communications and delivery (email updates providing details of time slot). Recommend, and will use again

Fabulous speedy service and high quality goods

Trophy Store have an impressive collection of trophies, medals and ribbons to suit pretty much any occasion. I wanted some badminton medals for a club event, but I didn't want to break the bank. The medals were decently priced, and I was even able to get ribbons in the club colours of blue and white! They arrived very securely wrapped in the post soon after and I am so pleased with them! Can't wait to give them out! Thanks a bunch Trophy Store, I would definitely use you again!
