I have never ordered from this site before, and was extremely impressed . The choice of products is vast, and are very reasonably priced. The quality of the trophies I ordered is excellentI was also particularly impressed with the delivery. The original delivery time I was quoted was inconvenient, so I was able to change it and nominate a more suitable time. Not only that, but I received an email on the delivery morning telling me exactly when the parcel would arrive. Certainly made a change from having to wait around all day! I would definitely recommend this site

Great Quality, value for money and very reliable

The trophies I ordered for my girls were brilliant and I couldn't believe the price. Superb value and fast delivery meant that I had no worries about not being quite as organised for my presentation evening, as I should have been! Twice now i have ordered from the trophy store, both times they were very last minute requests, one of which was for jubilee medals. I was worried the medals would not arrive in time as i had ordered them so last minute, i explained in my order the urgency of recieving them and to my supprise they arrived very quickly.Fantastic service and i have already reccommended the trophy store to friends.

I made a telephone order for some items I needed at very short notice. Phil in the Customer Support team was extremely efficient and helpful, including finding a centre that was not in the online catalogue.I was kept up to date with the progress of the order and it was delivered when it was supposed to be. The trophies were well packaged and protected.The whole procedure was easy, the goods were of good quality and I will definately use them again.

Worlds best trophy store

These guys are fantastic.This was the second year running that I ordered my clubs end of season trophies.The turn around from ordering to the goods being delivered was second to none.They smashed all expectations.One item wasn't in stock but they quickly chose a replacement at my request and despatched the order.I have run my football club for 15 seasons and tried many others. Excellent product, great service!

I ordered 11 trophies for a golf trip and they were delivered very well packaged, especially the glass and character ones which could have easily been damaged.The engraving was exactly as described and requested.Only small downside was one of the engraved plates was not stuck onto the glass trophy but I sorted this as only a small issue.Highly recommended *****
