outstanding value and customer service

The customer service here is truly outstanding. Within an hour or so of placing my order online I received a phone call apologising that the size I had ordered was out of stock so would I mind if they sent me the next size up for no extra cost. I was delighted with this. Then I was kept fully informed at every stage of the process from packing to delivery. I was given various options about delivery, even up to the day before, and on the day of delivery I was given an exact timeslot when the product would arrive. I don't buy trophies often, but when I next need one I will definitely return to this site. Plus the trophy was great too - much better quality than I expected for the money I paid.

Reliable, quick and professional service

We ordered 8 trophies and were spending a fair bit of money. I called and spoke to Richard(?). He was very helpful and provided us good advice re: engraving. The trophies looked great and were packaged well. We received everything on time, engraving all correct and their delivery tracking system was reliable and efficient. We will order from them again.

Friendly staff and speedy service

I ordered some medals from them at fairly short notice, and when I called to enquire how long they would take the staff were friendly and helpful. Order arrived as promised and the medals were of good quality. I'd definitely use them again!

Excellent quality of golf trophies and service provision

Thank you very much. I was extremely pleased with everything ordered from Trophy Store. Personnel were extremely helpful and made the ordering of the engraving very easy with emails. Goods came promptly and when I checked them, there was a small scratch on one of the engraving plates. When I phoned to talk about this, there was no hesitation in sending me a replacement of an engraved plate.I did order five of the Blue Clarity Diamond Paperweights Awards. They are very attractive but they came in ordinary cardboard boxes and I had to buy my own gift boxes in order to be able to present them as keepsakes for prize winners. The boxes I bought were ony 79p each so I think that for a small additional cost, Trophy Store could provide these paperweights in presentation boxes. This is a suggestion rather than a criticism.

A great company to get trophies from.

Used Trophy Store and the site is easy to use and to find the product you want. Selected engraving and typed what you want in box easy. Fast delivery . Would recommend them. The only thing I would say is that postage costs are a bit high.

1st class customer service.

I found their website easy to navigate and the customer service was excellent. We ordered a large number of trophies and one was received damaged. I emailed photos over and a replacement was despatched immediately, without any fuss.

Great Trophies!!

I was hoping to find some small trophies for a childrens karting party. As this is a fairly niche activity I was surprised to find quite a big range of karting-specific trophies to choose from.On arrival I was a bit worried that the custom engraving might have typos but this was perfect.In short I would definately use again.

The awards were of exceptional quality for a reasonable price and really made our Music Awards very special.

I must admit I was a bit apprehensive ordering something online that I hadn't actually had a chance to handle and check over to assess whether they were of a reasonable quality. We didn't want anything too cheap, but we also didn't have a huge budget so couldn't afford anything expensive. Therefore I was so relieved when they arrived and my first reaction was Wow! Much more impressive than I had imagined. Our award recipients were equally as complimentary when I questioned them about what they thought of their awards. They were all delighted with them. One of the awards was presented to top rock drummer Kenney Jones and he said it was the best award he'd ever got!

Trophies were very basic.

We ordered 1 trophy of each style to decide what we wanted to order as a bulk order for 2013, we ordered trophies at our normal price range and they turned out to be very basic compared to our normal company.

Excellent Service, just what I was looking for.

I would recommend this company to anyone that has any interests in trophies or awad figurines. This is by far the best company I have come accoss. I was looking for Oscar Trophies for my Xmas party and saw several websites but they didn't catch my eye like this one did. Its cheap, quick and fast delivery and very reliable. I had some engraving done on the trophy, when it arrived, it was perfect, looked better in real life than it did on the pictures. Was a brillaint weight, not too heavy. Excellent company/website.
