I ordered two trophies from the Trophy Store slightly later than I should have done. I rang their customer service and they managed to dispatch my order straight away, they arrived the next day as promised and I was given up to date information about my order. Fast, comprehensive, accurate and delivered when they said!

At the end of the day I needed 6 trophies engraved and 50 medals all sorted and delivered in 7 days. These guys delivered in every way - in fact I couldn't believe the customer service even though everything was processed online.

Always a first class service

I have used trophy store several times. Delivery has always reached me on time.Excellent value for money, a good selection to choose from. Having it engraved at the point of sale for no extra cost makes everything easier.No problem in reccomending them - indeed I HAVE done so.

Great products and great delivery service

Although the order took a little longer than the expected 7 days I was very pleased with the overall service. The items I had ordered were delivered as expected with all engraving correct. I was very pleased with the delivery arrangements. I received an e-mail to say that my order would arrive the next day and then a text on the morning of delivery with a time slot. I knew that this was inconvenient for me but I was able to change the date easily by replying to the text sent. The order then arrived on the date that I had requested when I knew my parcel could be signed for. Really happy with the overall service provided. Thanks

Great customer service experience!

The staff at Trophy Store, in particular Phil, were very helpful and went out of their way to answer any questions that I had and made sure that my order arrived exactly when I had specified.When the trophy arrived it was exactly what I wanted, all of the engraving was correct and overall it was of a high quality.I wouldn't hesitate to use Trophy Store again as I know I will get a great service.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Trophy Store for all there help in supplying me with my Trophies for my Golf Day - they made sure all ran smoothly and were delivered to the venue on the day the trophies went down a storm with the Winners - I would definatley use them again and would recommend to anyone else requiring trophies for there special corperate days

Good product but didn't meet delivery time

Ordered 9 medals online on a Sunday but they took 10 days to turn up. That meant I had to buy 9 more from a shop. When they did turn up they looked great but basically I was v disappointed with the service that advertised a 5 working day delivery. I'm now stuck with 9 excess medals.

far better quality than I thought!

Received the trophy's and was amazed at quality and feel of them!! They were weighty and substantial! The engraving was great! They were presented to my chosen swimmers of the month :) I was very pleased with both trophys and would recommend this good company!!

Looked just as shown and pleased with the trophy

The gardening trophies I ordered were for a Doorstep Challenge Competition that all our care homes took part in. These really looked the part and for the cost of them, were reasonable too. I did accidently knock one over and the top of it broke straight off (my fault obviously) but perhaps it could be made a little more robust, but then again for the cost, what should I expect. Generally overally pleased with them and would certainly order similar products again.

IT WAS THIS BIG!!!!!!

Ordered and received a splending fishing trophy - it is going to be used for the largest fish caught in our club's annual competition.It was perfect for the prize and at a very good price! the trophies were larger and heavier than expected which was a good thing - but the plaque dropped off a couple because the glue wasnt strong enough
