Good quality trophies, efficient and reliable service

I have been ordering our golf trophies from this company for 3 or 4 years now. I find the website easy to use, and once order is placed arrive very well packaged and usually within one week of ordering. The quality is very good, well impressed. I would not dream of going elsewhere.

The service was excellent! I found it easy to place my order and although I wasn't able to pay online the person I spoke to over the phone who took my payment was very helpful. I was a little disappointed with the quality of one of the trophies I ordered. However I understand that you get what you pay for and the trophy wasn't expensive!Overall very pleased.

Trophy Store deserve their own Trophy

From the initial phone call to delivery of the trophy the service was excellent. Designs were emailed and approved, regular emails sent regarding despatch and possible arrival times and the parcel arrived exactly on target.A really brilliant service!

Fantastic service and great products

easy to access website and the communication was excellent. The trophies arrived well within time and the courier used was excellent. When opened they were of great quality and engraving was exactly as asked. even supplied a catologue for future purchases. Really enjoyable experience.

Excellent service and value for money!

Needed a reasonably priced replacement cup for school. Trophy store had lots of choice with good range of prices and styles. Delivery was excellent, text messages informed me exactly when to expect delivery. Fantastic service, would certainly use again.

Superb service with a classy end result!

I wanted a special glass engraved trophy for my husband's 50th birthday and I stumbled upon Trophy Store. I only had a week to get this sorted and Trophy Store pulled out all the stops for me to ensure I received it in time. The end result was superb - it was a glass heart shaped trophy which was engraved beautifully. Thanks very much to Trophy Store, my husband was thrilled.

Fast, efficient and ticked all boxes in terms of quality and price

I required five trophies in half as many days, plus engraving. My call to the number provided on-line was answered promptly and the service I received was outstanding. Excellent Customer Service

I had to place a last minute order for a work function. The website was easy to use and I placed my order online over a weekend, with specific urgent shipping instructions. Great products, even better service

I ordered three trophies on a Tuesday for a tournament on the Saturday - all three needed engraved and they could have been delivered on the Thursday! Fantastic service - and the 'Bottom Place' trophy went down really well too!

Using Trophy Store was simple and so easy to use. Every customer service rep was very helpful, any small changes that i needed to make were done so quickly. Delivery time was great too. How easy was that!!

I order a lot from various websites and this one is the best and easiest to use. No sending me round the houses, straight forward, even when placing my order. I had to change my delivery address, so phoned and spoke to Chris who was very friendly and efficiently changed my instructions. So how easy was that - I placed my order on the Saturday via the internet, phoned on Monday and received my trophy lunchtime Wednesday. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Super fast, super quality and super packaging!

A very straightforward shopping cart process at www.trophystore.co.uk was a good start. The trophy arrived in a couple of days and with really robust packaging it was in perfect condition. The trophy itself is better than we had expected, much heavier and impressive than we would have thought.
