The Shield trophy was of a great quality and exactly as pictured. The engraving ( which cost just an extra £1 was also of a high quality.The customer service over the phne was briliant, very helpful staff with a friendly cheerful manner - just what you want when your busy and feeling stressed - someone who can organise things for you quickly and effeciently.

A Star Performance from a quality cast

This company of players excelled themselves, as a debut performance in front of a discerning audience they shone. At the busiest time of the year (a week before christmas) two trophies were ordered for two high achievers aged 5 and 7 who had passed their dance exams . Not only did we receive them by christmas eve but they were also 10 minutes early on delivery time , having been able to track them from leaving The Trophy Store to our address . All our expectations of product and delivery have been excelled ............... why cannot all companies be as good as this one?????. Thanks for a great service.

Absolutely brilliant especially customer service

I called the company and spoke to a young man and he answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. I ordered online and my trophies were delivered perfectly. The customer service was great. Trophies look great. I would definately recommend to anyone wanting to purchase trophies. I received text message and emails updates on my purchase and delivery including a one hour time slot.

Faultless and effortless what more can you say

Purchased a trophy as a Christmas present.This process was so simple the site navigation is clear and easy to use after choosing the trophy and typing in the message to be engraved on the plaque the checkout was easy to follow and the order complete.I must also commend the courier service used in conjunction with Trophystore who kept me informed all the way from order to delivery with text and emails as to where my parcel was and although I missed the delivery the courier left the package with a neighbour and then took the time to send anather email saying where it had been left and the time delivered with the neighbour named. A certain parcel service take note that you don't just have to leave a card followed by a trek to the local sorting office to retrieve you order.

Quality products at appealing prices

The awards I ordered were for my sales team and were delivered quickly and the engraving looked good and even though at first I thought the trophies were a little small they sit good on the agents desk. Will certainly use this company again, a positive experience.

Really nice gift for our Team manager

We got this paperweight trophy for our Netball team manager for all her hard work. Had to be strict with the word count as the trophy isnt very big (fits inside your palm) - but turned out perfectly. The engraving was wonderful and she loved it.

Contact from and help from Trophy Store was really good, they obviously value their customers highly, do leave them your telephone number so they can communicate if you need a question answered, they responded to my question by telephoning me as soon as they received my order. outstanding value and customer service

The customer service here is truly outstanding. Within an hour or so of placing my order online I received a phone call apologising that the size I had ordered was out of stock so would I mind if they sent me the next size up for no extra cost. I was delighted with this. Then I was kept fully informed at every stage of the process from packing to delivery. I was given various options about delivery, even up to the day before, and on the day of delivery I was given an exact timeslot when the product would arrive. I don't buy trophies often, but when I next need one I will definitely return to this site. Plus the trophy was great too - much better quality than I expected for the money I paid.

Reliable, quick and professional service

We ordered 8 trophies and were spending a fair bit of money. I called and spoke to Richard(?). He was very helpful and provided us good advice re: engraving. The trophies looked great and were packaged well. We received everything on time, engraving all correct and their delivery tracking system was reliable and efficient. We will order from them again.

Excellent quality of golf trophies and service provision

Thank you very much. I was extremely pleased with everything ordered from Trophy Store. Personnel were extremely helpful and made the ordering of the engraving very easy with emails. Goods came promptly and when I checked them, there was a small scratch on one of the engraving plates. When I phoned to talk about this, there was no hesitation in sending me a replacement of an engraved plate.I did order five of the Blue Clarity Diamond Paperweights Awards. They are very attractive but they came in ordinary cardboard boxes and I had to buy my own gift boxes in order to be able to present them as keepsakes for prize winners. The boxes I bought were ony 79p each so I think that for a small additional cost, Trophy Store could provide these paperweights in presentation boxes. This is a suggestion rather than a criticism.

A great company to get trophies from.

Used Trophy Store and the site is easy to use and to find the product you want. Selected engraving and typed what you want in box easy. Fast delivery . Would recommend them. The only thing I would say is that postage costs are a bit high.
