Good Variety and Very easy to order

I'm very pleased with the service and the product.

I'm really happy with the shields and also with the prompt service I received. A member of the trophy store team rang me as I'd made a mistake over what I wanted engraving on the shield too and that was so helpful, saving me a lot of trouble and extra expense. I'll definitely use this firm again.

Service should win an award

I have placed many orders with trophy store and all have been relly quick and easy to place. They are dispatched really quickly and the courier service is great for planning the delivery. My only down side is that i order a lot of 10 pin bowling trophys and i seem to have purchased them all! New designs please.

Absolutely brilliant!

We placed our order on Saturday afternoon, received a confirmation email straight away and then an email to say when our trophies, which are really good quality and value for money, would be delivered with an option to change the date and time if required. We then received another email to say what time the delivery would be! Our trophies were delivered by 12 noon on the Tuesday accompanied by another email telling us exactly what time the trophies arrived and who signed for them! Will definitely be using Trophystore again and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service and value for money.

This is the first time I have bought anything from The Trophy Store and it was an all round good experience. The website was easy to navigate and order from and the member of staff I spoke to regarding my required delivery date was very polite and helpful. The trophy was delivered extremely quickly even though I had ordered an engraving on it and was very good quality for the money. I will definitely use this company again.

ABSOLUTEY EXCELLENT

Had a very small order of 2 Trophies. The service on the phone was brilliant - couldnt ask for more. The tracking service that was provided - again excellent. Knew to the hour on the day of delivery when they were coming - and to add to that the speed in which the order was processed and delivered was top class. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone. No matter how small the order we were still treated as a Top Ranked Customer. Thanks very much - the boys loved them.

A good shopping experience

My first contact by phone was with a very helpful and pleasant lady who took the time to make sure that my order was exactly what I needed and the engraving on my trophies was just what I wanted. I then received an Email to confirm my order and to show me a drawing of the size and style of engraving that I had asked for. This is a very good idea because it shows exactly what you will receive. I then received my trophies by the time I had requested. All in all, a very agreeable purchase.

Unbeatable choice and service!

Absolutely fine

Quick service, liked the fact that I was told by email when it was arriving, like the choice of sizes and quality in many designs. We only needed amodest silver looking cup - a Trophystore one fitted the bill. Have used Trophystore before, and will certainly do so again.

Outstandin customer service with quick delivery and great products

Great communication on order status, great all round.

Absolutely everything I needed in just one simple click

Ordered trophy for daughter's team. It arrived in excellent condition, packaged well and the same week as I ordered it. I was notified by e-mail saying that someone needed to be on the day it would be delivered and I was further notified by text to say it would arrive between 12 and 1pm, so I knew to be in. Although I would have been happy with them leaving it on the doorstep as it was relatively cheap.

Service was supreme in every respect

I just wanted to write to you to say how impressed I've been with every aspect of my experience buying from you. I ordered a trophy on Thursday afternoon, was advised it would be delivered "between 10.06 and 11.06 this morning and at 10.07am it arrived!! Add to that, that the trophy itself is superb quality and I am very chuffed indeed. I buy many things over 't'internet' and sadly many of the delivery experiences are far far inferior to this.
