I contacted TrophyStore by email initially as I wasn't too sure whether the text I needed to be engraved would actually fit on the products I had in mind.
I received a reply to my email within 24 hours and placed the order soon after.
I received the artwork for approval in line with their published timescales and the artwork was exactly as I had hoped.
The finished product was delivered ahead of their published timescales and it really was superb.
It was a retirement gift for a colleague at work. I'd deliberately kept it under wraps from everyone until it was opened during the presentation and the look on everyone's faces was absolutely priceless.
Thank you so much to everyone at TrophyStore for everything you did to help make our colleagues retirement day such a happy and special time.
