Never let me down.

I have ordered from the Trohy Store for the last three years for awards at my school. They always deliver on time and the products are good quality and competitively priced. brilliant service

Ordered trophy on Wednesday it was delivered on Friday, including the inscription requested. Couldn't be more please. Also would like to comment on DPD couriers again their service was excellent.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and also would definitely use them again.Thank you for an excellent service.

Top class awards and number 1 service

They loved it!

We got a trophy made up as a prize for Year 9 students who had made electric toy cars as a project - we will now run this as an annual 'Grand Prix'. The trophy was engraved as requested and arrived within days of ordering - it worked as a brilliant carrot to spur on the less interested students! Many thanks - we'll be ordering again next year, but 1st, 2nd and 3rd as well since the trophies are available in different sizes!

High quality merchandise and excellent service.

Ordered end of year medals for primary children. They arrived within five days well packaged. The quality was superb, heavy and well made. Each medal had been engraved to a high standard. I received two text messages on my phone telling me exactly when they would be delivered. I was very impressed and will order from Trophy Store next year.

Best service received from any trophy supplier by far!

This was my first order through Trophy Store based on a recommendation from a friend. I'd used other suppliers before and quality was varied and often disappointing. I ordered 4 trophies from Trophy Store (last minute) and needed them within 3 working days. Due to the value of my order I couldn't select the fast tracker service as the free payment option was the only option available. I rang customer services who were absolutely brilliant and so helpful. The order was placed, payment taken and the trophies arrived within 3 days. The quality of the trophies were superb!I order trophies on an annual basis and will not be looking any further that Trophy Store. Thank you!

Impressive customer service

I was recommended trophy store by a friend and was amazed at the website at how easy it was to choose an award and have it engraved free of charge. We only wanted a token awards ceremony and so the free engraving worked perfectly. I was particulary impressed by the customer service when I received a call to ask just how urgent my order was. The trophies arrived in good time - inside one week - which is so impressive. Thank you trophy store for providing the prizes for our awards ceremony which went so well with your beautiful trophies!

Spoiler for choice

Fantastic choice and covering most sports. I had my medals engraved and it was the icing on the cake.. I had to contact the seller as my order had not arrived and they were very helpful. After that contact my order was with me within days. I was kept up to date with emails fantastic service.

Very impressed!

A winner all the way

I ordered a trophy cup from Trophy Store and needed it in a hurry. Phoned the help line where the assistant was really good and explained the best options. They advised that the standard delivery would arrive in time so I went with that. In fact the delivery company had the item ready for delivery a day early, gave me a 1 hour time slot that they would deliver and arrived as promised. Great support and service. The cup itself is just as expected, even heavier than I thought it might be. I would recommend the service to anyone.

five star rating for good service and quality

The catalogue has something for everyone no matter how big or small your event is. Our children love the bright and breezy yellow rosettes and asked for yellow when they had a choice of green too. Even the boys wore them with pride and couldn't wait to show their parents that they were all winners at our sports day.We needed more in a hurry so on line we went and they arrived within three days of placing our order

This is the first time I have used Trophy Store, I telephoned for advice with regard to my order. When I placed the order I received a phone call the same day just to ensure the layout for the engraving was correct for the medals I had ordered. Medals were received promptly, with a brochure and I will use the company again.

The best service ever

You don't find service like this anywhere now. Could not believe how helpful they were.Went that extra mile. The small trophies I ordered were excellent & reasonably priced & arrived exactly when they said they would via a courier firm who knew what they were doing.Would highly recommend & use again.

Excellent Product, Excellent Communication make for a wonderful customer experience!

I was in the market for a trophy shield that could be retained by the season winner over the next year plus a runners up shield and winners shield to be retained permanently. The product list provided by the Trophy Store is vast and would cater for all requirements and the prices are extremely competitive. The ordering process couldn't be easier, even adding the bespoke options of selecting the decal and adding the wording for engraving. So far, so good! The follow up customer service is second to none, and I was regularly updated throughout the process with the status of my order by email and SMS (optional at. O extra charge). This included order confirmation, notification of dispatch and not only the expected date of delivery but also the time of delivery within an hour time frame. Customer service these days doesn't get any better and the Trophy Store exceeded my expectations. The items arrived exactly when promised (within two days so very prompt indeed) and I am delighted by the quality of both the trophies and the engraving. I definitely be returning as a very happy customer.

Would certainly use again

Quick, efficient, helpful service meant that I got my medals in no time at all. It was a last minute bright idea to have medals for our event and it could have been a real headache, but Trophy Store made the whole experience worry free.
