late arrival

hi we were very pleased with the quality of the trophies we received however the ordering was very disappointing as i had rung to place my call stating that i needed the trophies for a competition on the sunday, it was tuesday when i placed the order. i was told on the phone that if i ordered online and paid for them before 12pm that day then they would be guaranteed to arrive in time for the comp. i did order and pay before 12pm however the ttrophies arrived the wednesday after the comp. not great on the day to have nothing to give the winners.

excellent customer service, super speedy

Me and my colleagues were looking for a different trophy for a new award we were presenting at our awards evening. We stumbled across this website with its crystal awards. The Trophystore was quick to answer any questions i had over email and telephone. I sent them an idea of what we wanted and they sent back a mock up straight away. The Trophy arrived a few days later packed securely and was exactly what we were looking for. I can't fault this company.

Great trophies, excellent service - really easy online!

We only wanted four trophies for a quiz we were organising, and usually drive to a local shop. Checked online, found Trophy Store and also that you could set your engraving requirements up to. Fair prices, excellent communications and delivery (email updates providing details of time slot). Recommend, and will use again

The quality was amazing and the service second to none

Fabulous speedy service and high quality goods

Trophy Store have an impressive collection of trophies, medals and ribbons to suit pretty much any occasion. I wanted some badminton medals for a club event, but I didn't want to break the bank. The medals were decently priced, and I was even able to get ribbons in the club colours of blue and white! They arrived very securely wrapped in the post soon after and I am so pleased with them! Can't wait to give them out! Thanks a bunch Trophy Store, I would definitely use you again!

Helpful and efficient, would recommend.

I wanted a trophy from here and had a query about the number of words that would fit onto the plaque. I telephoned the store and spoke directly with a member of staff who was very helpful. I then ordered the item and awaited delivery. The item arrived as expected and was very well packaged. Updates by email about what time and day delivery would be, was excellent.I would have no hesitation ordering from this store again.

What great service all round!!

Ordered a cup for a special team weekend away only to realise was only five working days away not the seven required to have trophy guaranteed delivery. I contacted the Trophy Store by phone and was immediately reassured that the item would be sent out and would be with me by day no 5.....IT WAS! Great - a very pleasant phone call and a great service all round....would recommend to others to use this company without hesitation.Many thanks

Great customer service and a quality product!

My experience with this company was extremely positive. The staff were incredibly friendly and positive, and always replied to my queries extremely quickly. I received the product I ordered sooner than expected and it is of a very high standard. My lin manager has already decided that we wil be continuing business with the Trophy Store for all future trophy needs.

Beautiful trophies, well priced.

I bought these 2 designs of trophies as awards for good behaviour to my Grandsons. The tall gold trophy with the stars around the base was excellent and looked the part of a first prize trophy. My one critisism is that the name plaque on both were stuck on crooked, but my Grandson is only 5 so it did not take away the joy of the award. I would have awarded 5 stars otherwise.The smaller silver cup trophy was solid and fabulous too and the name plaque was in the correct place. I would have awarded this trophy 5 stars by itself.The ordering was so simple and I was regularly updated in respect of delivery and they arrived in very good time.

Expensive Post.

Very pleased with the product but the cost of P.& P. is far too expensive. Just a few bades does not require over £6 to send a flat, light, parcel.

Excellent customer service

I ordered a trophy for my Husbands Birthday. I asked for the free engraving but when the trophy arrived, it was blank. So I called the Trophy Store and explained and they were excellent. They engraved a plaque and sent it to me a couple of days later. Excellent goods and customer service. Well worth dealing with these Guys.

Fast, easy and just perfect!!!

I'd never ordered trophies online before so I reservations about this but I was so impressed with the service, price and quality of the four trophies I ordered. They were for an annual American Car show held in Portsmouth and this was the first time we'd issued trophies. Needless to say they went down a treat! I would, without doubt recommend Trophy Store to anyone!

my trophy broke the first night!

bought the trophy as a one off man of the match trophy for my son's five a side team. It broke the first night we took it to hand ou to one of the lads (the arm broke off the figure) Super glue fixed it but I expected it to be more robust than that...

Excellent product at a great price

The quality of the trophy I ordered was excellent and it was a great price. Delivery was great as well witha one hour window which meant I didn't have to sit in all day.The only thing that could have made it better was I also ordered 36 medals at 79p each, however, it cost £1.00 each for the engraving which made it more expensive than the medal, possibly a discount on the engraving for a bulk buy.
