Not bad, very good cost for trophys, but it took a few phone calls to get these trophys sorted due to a lady who answers the phone not passing on a message to the engraver etc. Some trophys were missing the names on the engraving, but we got through it for our awards ceremony. We will probably use Trophy Store again in the future.

Very Expensive postage for mediocre product

I bought a replacement Head boy badge for my son who broke his- the badge picture on the website was identical but a cheaper pin type arrived. Having paid an outrageous amount for slow(prob 2nd class) postage I couldn't be bothered to do anything about the purchase. I will bin the badge and get it from a decent store

Speedy delivery - shame trophies not bigger!

We were really happy to find these bowling trophies on the website. Just a shame that they were not bigger in size. Biggest was 16cm tall. Excellent that you can pay for express delivery as we did need them within 2 days.

Exactly what I had in mind.

Buying things online can sometimes end in disappointment. The description reads well, but when you get the item it's not quite what you hoped for. That was not the case here. What I received from Trophy Store was better than expected and exactly what I had in mind. It was very reasonably priced, of good quality, well packaged and delivered in a reasonably short time. I will recommend the store to others.

Great selection, great prices!

Great selection of badges, trophies etc-perfect for a classroom. Lots of variety and styles, I hadn't seen such a selection at such reasonable prices before. Very impressed with the quality of goods purchased, the dispatch, delivery and the added bonus of free engraving.

Good quality! Good price! Good service!

I ordered x5 of the star medals and a large silver cup. I was very impressed with the quality and look of the medals, also the fact we could get them engraved for free was a huge help! The trophies arrived within a couple of days, I have experianced no problems with your service. I'll definitely be using you at this time again next year!

Excellent Service

I ordered late and needed my orders rushing through the system. Trophy Store were very helpful in assisting with this giving me 2 options to choose from. I chose the more risky option but the order still arrived a day before my deadline. I had updates on my order progress throughout so I always knew how it was going. I will use again next year but order in more time (for the benefit of my nerves) and maybe discuss some customising options too. Thanks guys - Very happy customer.

brilliant service

I used this trophy store to buy a trophy for my sons taekwondo grading which was 2 weeks away. The site sugested that trophies would take aprox 10 days so it was a possibility that i might not get it in time. I phoned the contact number and they were very helpful. I received my trophy in 3 days. Really impressed with their service. Would definately recomend and use them again.

Very good value for money.

I bought 17 medals (4 cm) & ribbons for my daughter' birthday party "talent show theme". It was a great success. The medals were great quality. Arrived fast as I requested. Very pleased with my purchase & the staff.

Received excellent service and delivery from the trophy store and the products were extremely good value. I would give this 5 stars if there was an option for faster delivery available (next day) which unfortunately there wasn't. Otherwise this was a good service (trophies delivered within 4-5 days) and they were in excellent condition. I will be buying all my trophies from here from now on.

Really quick service - well done!

I ordered a trophy duplicating one that my daughter had been awarded. Unfortunately my husband also did so - on the same day! Both trophies arrived 2 days later, we were given an hour timeslot for delivery and they arrived within that time. Only complaint is the 50 character limit on engraving - slightly more would have been nice. Overall, well done.

First Class Service

Absolutely perfect

Trophy Store provided the trophies for our Chancellor of the FormChecker Raceday at Fontwell Park in January - the respsone to my query was immediate and within 1 hour of speaking to Trophy Store all 7 trophies had been engraved and were ready to be shipped. Got them the next day and I cannot wait to be presenting them on our Raceday. Will be using them every time we sponsor. Thank you!

Very good, slight website issue

I found I could not progress my sale on the website, it kept sending me back, after I had put in all my details. However, a young man at the end of the phone was extremely helpfull, he took my order,delivery was excellent, and time of delivery was superb, delivered 3 minutes into the time window. The Trophy is superb, other than the website issue, 9 out of 10

Excellent, first class service

I needed a number of trophies with engraving, which I ordered on-line. I then realised I needed another one and when looking on-line noticed that for one item I would be charged P&P. I then called the Trophy Store and explained to the person on the phone and they were happy to add the item to my order and waiver the P7P charges. The service was very quick - I received all 17 items within a couple of days and even reveiced an email telling me when to expect my delivery. Very impressed and would definately use again. I highly recommend the Trophy Store
