An item on my order was wrong
An item on my order was wrong, and i needed it for an awards night 2 days after the first lot arrived.
Trophystore contacted me straight away, and offered to send the correct one, and at no extra cost.
More than made up for their oversight, would definitely recommend based on my experience. And yes, i will use them again.

Tight deadline met
I had a tight deadline so called trophy store first and managed to speak to someone which is great and doesn't always happen these days and the lady reassured me that if I did an online order and uploaded my logo and my required inscription it will be done according to the time frame stated which would get the trophies to me in time for my event. And sure enough the trophies arrived very well packaged. None of them damaged and with a lot of happy players for our end of season party.

I must say Trophy Store staff have been incredible once again! Rhyl Rugby club put a huge order in every year and every trophy, shield and medal has been received with no problem at all. Even with a minor issue with a BACS payment not received hor whatever reason, the issue was resolved by regular communication and the order was received on time. I'd highly recommend Trophy Store to any sports club up and down the country!

Went on-line for first time and happy customer.
We are a senior football team and needed 15 trophies for end of season awards. We have always used a local company but they were unavailable. Timpson (local) was quoting crazy prices (especially on the engraving) and so I thought I would look on-line. So glad I did. Great range and the engraving was a bonus. The spacing on the wording could be a little better but still 5 stars as good product, good engraving value, good choice and delivered/packaged with care and on time. Communications were excellent and highly likely to use again, especially as we got a free bag or Haribo with our order!
