There was a large choice of trophy’s, but all were very well described including photos and details. The web site was easy to use and I had no problem in completing the order. Payment was easy and confirmation was provided directly. I was given delivery details and they were delivered promptly and well packaged. The items were great value for money.

I ordered this trophy as a reminder for my granddaughter as she has to hand back the original award…. I spoke to customer services as soon as I realised and they were able to amend the order, reassure me and send an updated order all within a matter of minutes.
