Great professional website & company

Great easy to navigate website, ordering was simple with great communication via email and text.Received my trophies within the stated time and I could monitor the progress on the website.Delivery service was very good, I couldn't make the delivery date so I simply responded to the text to say I couldn't and re-arranged for the next day.

Great Service, and quick delivery

We ordered glass awards as part of the Bristol City Black History Month celebrations and they were fantastic. The price was good, and the delivery was quick. They were here the following week, sent by a fully trackable courier. Would recomend and will be using again.

Great quality trophies and medals. Fast Delivery and Reasonable.

I placed a fairly last minute order with Trophy Store and after adding a note to the order with the date of our event, I received a prompt call giving me the option of a faster delivery for a small additional fee to ensure I definitely received the package in time. This additional contact made a lot of difference (it really is the small touches that make the experience!) I would highly recommend this seller, the trophies are great quality and the engravings are a brilliant personal touch! Great value, fast delivery, great product, great customer service!

Fantastic service and very speedy

I think I ordered the trophies late Monday evening and they arrived Weds. I was even sent numerous emails and texts telling me how my order was going and lastly was given an hour during which time my order would arrive - and it did. I will definitely use them again.

Great Service

I contacted the company to do a personalised trophy. I sent them photos of what I wanted and they sent proofs and prices back within days. The prices were very reasonable and their customer service was excellent.

Great Service - Great Trophy

Exceptional service. I ordered my Trophy - a Shield on line. Over a weekend and the Trophy was received by me by the middle of the week (i.e. within 2 days). The Shield was very good quality as was the engraving in the centre, cannot fault anything, very good value for money too. The customer service was excellent and the follow up service with the delivery firm also excellent. Have no hesitations in recommending TrophyStore to other colleagues in my club.

Outstanding service

The website is easy to use, easy to navigate, it is easy to find what you want and the ordering process is simple. The delivery system is great as you are kept up to date on where your parcel is the whole time and are even given a time for delivery on the day which is an hours slot. When the product arrived, it was exactly as I was expecting, good quality with a great finish. Fantastic service from start to finish, I woudl definitely use Trophy Store again.

Fast, secure, easy as 123

Needed a trophy, didnt know where to look. Search engine led me to this website, they accept payment through paypal. I felt safe using paypal as it was first for me. Trophy arrived as requested with engraving. Will use again as have many more recognitions coming up in the organisation.

Friend surprised and pleased

Ordered for a friend. Sent direct to him so did not see myself but he was very pleased indeed. Timely delivery, good updates. Minor point but it doesn't seem possible to change the name the trophy is sent to - if you want a different delivery address to your address it pre-populates the name if recipient. Got round it by adding in other address fields but something that could be changed in underlying order software. Overall though very happy and would use again.
