I had to make an urgent order as it was a last minute decision to get a trophy done for a guest speaker. Ordered on Sunday, and I attached the design as well. Received confirmation email order on Monday, Tuesday the order was processed and received delivery on Wednesday. Amazing service! Fast and straightforward, good price and great product received. They didn’t even ask for extra payment to get the shipping done earlier, even when it was almost Christmas week, so the deliveries may be harder to get done urgently.
