Easy site to navigate
Easy site to navigate, took a while as there's more than enough to choose from. Whittle it down to the one we wanted and then filled out the personalisation section, that was nice and simple to.
Only had the cup engraved, not the plinth, as they centralise all engraving, great for the cup BUT needed the plinth aligned on the left. (Perhaps an option they could think about?)
Arrived promptly and accurately. Everything as described.

Exceptional customer service. We had a time sensitive requirement for a bulk order of various trophies for a staff event and the Trophy store could not have been more helpful. Superb quality of medals, the postage was really fast too.
Got an extra little surprise since it was nearing Christmas too, thank you for that.

Amazing Quality & Speedy Service
This is the 3rd year in a row that I have used the Trophy Store for my Church's annual Awards ceremony. They have such a wide range of trophies available and we always find something different and suitable for our event each year.
We place a large order of around 35-40 trophies and they always arrived quickly, neatly and safely packaged with a nice little sweet treat as a bonus, which is always appreciated.
The trophies are great quality and value for money and we will continue to use Trophy Store for all our future events.

Ordered 3 glass awards for an NHS award evening. Bit of a last minute order, so spoke with the team to try to expedite the order. Sophie on the phone and via email was very helpful, managed to get artwork team on the job quickly, got graphics approved and awards made asap.
