Wow - now that's customer service!

Wow, I placed an order on Sunday and it was processed and delivered by Tuesday, including the custom engraving! Unfortunately there was a mistake and it was a slightly different pewter tankard that what' I'd selected. I sent a photo and within 30 minutes, Olivia had replied, raised another order for the correct item and sent me confirmation apologising for the mistake. World class customer service, will certainly use again and recommend to everyone.
