Excellent Customer Service

Original order was delivered within 3 days which was great as it arrived before our awards ceremony. One of the trophy was broken so I contact Trophy Store CS and was asked to provide pictures which I did and the very same day a replacement was sent with DPD. I just couldn't ask for better customer experience overall. Thank you
