Have used the Trophy store for the last 3 years to order tropical/ medals for my Dynamo's and Allstars cricket group. Always great value amd quick service. Had an issue this year where 10 ribbons were missing for the medals but after an email in to the team they quickly sent out the missing items.

Fantastic Customer Service!

I order the same thing every year from this company for a memorial tournament I organise. There was a small fault with one of the items. Customer Service done everything right - apologised, assured me of their vigorous checks and tried to understand how it happened to prevent it happening again, And lastly replaced it. It's better to judge a company on how they deal with you when things go wrong. I felt valued thanks to their top class customer service - Thank You!!!
