Could'nt be more helpful

Ordered on line my trophy and medals, couldnt quite fit in the wording within the letter allowance, made a special request note. received confirmation that it would be accomodated. Goods turned up the next day. Delighted with both my trophy and the service received. Got a real can do attitude!

Fast and well worth the money

An excellant service with a personal touch

This was the second time I used this company. The first was fast and straight forward. The second time the company had a touch of bother with a logo that was out of stock that needed to be put on a trophy. The company informed me of the problem by telephone with in twelve hours of the order, they also gave me options and asked if I wanted to procede with the order, they then kept me updated with the status of my order. They restocked very quickly and informed me that my order had full processed and informed me of the delivery date. To show the difference in the quality of the service, I also placed an order with a very well known british company. I was informed my order would be dispatched within 24 hours. No delivery and I had to repeatedly call to be told they were out of stock and they would dispatch when possible - still waiting a month later and after being told they were going to give me a free item for my inconvienience, they then charged that items post and packaging (which cost almost as much as the item)without my consent to my bank account. - Thank you Trophy store for making the order stress free not like some of the other guys.

Perfect Service

End of season trophies ordered and received with no problems.The choice of wards was good, the prices competitive, and the service excellent. Following the purchase I was kept updated by email, and when the order was dispatched I received a precise date/time when the order would arrive, and it duly did.Very pleased with the trophies we received, and will definitely be using the company when I next need some motivational trophies for the team.

Superb service will deal agian

Trophys were as explained on the tin , engraving to spec . Alson speedy delivery. as these were only for home use for fun,(entertaining friends and family) very good quality at a competetive price.

Truly Terrific Trophy!

I chose this trophy as an award in memory of my dog, Pip. He always tried really hard at agility, but never got out of Grade 1 & I wanted a club trophy to award to others like us! It was a lovely, unexpected moment when I presented the trophy. The trophy itself was really nice. A good size, very attractive and a little different with the wreath discs, rather than the shield shapes. It was very reasonably priced, but looked a lot more expensive! Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. The only minor issue was not enough characters were given for engraving and I had to use club initials rather than the full name.

Absolutely first class service and quality.

I left it until the last minute (well, almost) to order my trophies for a company golf day. I ordered them the week before the event and contacted Trophy Store to say that I would pay the extra to ensure that they arrived on time. The communication from Trophy Store was brilliant! They rang me the next day to confirm that I would receive them well in advance of my golf day and, even better, I wouldn't have to pay anything extra for the service. You don't get that very often these days. Not only that but my order actually arrived a day early. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Brilliant quality at excellent value with remarkable service. Totally Triumphant Trophy Store

We ordered a special trophy, to be used for a ' Dance Award '. On placing the order, it was stated 4 / 7 full working days. It arrived after only 4 days. We were kept well informed regards the delivery via e-mail, even down to the time of delivery. We were given an hour slot and it was delivered within that hour. The parcel was well packaged and the condition of the Trophy was perfect. Also the engraving was 1st class. My daughters dance school has asked for your details for all their future Trophies, plaques and medals. There are at least 100 attending pupils who take exams twice a year. Well done Trophy Store.

Outstanding quality and service from Trophy Store UK

I recently ordered a trophy and a dozen medals with lanyards from Trophy Store UK to take on a school service trip to Morocco. The large shiny gold medals were a huge hit with the local Moroccan High School students and the trophy was greatly appreciated by the local government Minister for Education. I gave Trophy Store only one week to fill this order. The products were carefully wrapped and protected. The engraving was exactly as I had hoped. There was a small problem with the local courier here in Aberdeen with the delivery but Trophy Store UK were quick to sort that out. I highly recommend this company to schools, clubs, businesses or anyone needing a trophy, medal or corporate gift. Reasonable prices and great service.
