Great fast service and reasonable quality product

Considering the trophy is engraved it was shipped out quickly and delivery us next day. The main trophy is of a very high standard for the cost. Unfortunately it's let down in the case of mine by the golf club which is made if plastic and arrived out of shape. It's now after some persistence bent straight but is the only let down with the product.

Product great, communication and service were excellent

I was very impressed with the service and communication given by Trophy Store, even receiving a text saying which hour the product would be delivered. The product was what we ordered, the only area for improvement to me would be the price - at £69 I thought it was around £10 overpriced. Would I use them again - yes.

Best online purchase of the year!

This was the best on-line purchase experiance of my year, e-mails were answered quickly, advice easily given by the team and the order turnaround was fantastic, the items were packed properly and arrived in great condition, I highly recomend using the trophy store, in fact I have distributed the flyers received with my order to local football teams so they can share in the great service provided and obtain good trophies at very competitive prices.

Very prompt service and excellent quality trophies.

The site was easy to use and the trophies represent very good value for money. Received an email confirming day of delivery and was informed which hour slot they would be delivered. Trophies were delivered in the allocated time slot. All products turned up together (20 trophies) and were all correctly engraved. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Products

The items I ordered (3 Satin Gold Football Trophies), were fantastic, much better than I thought, the engraving was spot on. The only problem I had was that I ordered 3 different size trophies and only 2 were delivered, however as soon as I phoned Trophy Store, they had the 3rd trophy sent the following day. Would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for trophies.

Great quality for excellent price and delivered quickly

Bought 6 trophies for a golf event and am very pleased with the quality considering the reasonable price. They look quality and come in nice gift boxes too. Engraving was a simple process and the communication and speed of delivery was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to re-order for next event.

Great product, great service, great price. Can't find fault at all.

Found the site through google and then quickly found a product i wanted - had it all ordered within 10 mins. I was concerned that the trophies would reach me in time for the event, which was a week away, but i gave them a call and they made sure i had them in time. I found them very friendly, helpful and professional to deal with. Would definitely use the site again.

Fast delivery - if you pay extra!

I had organised a golf outing, and one thing I'd forgotten until the week before was the trophys! The trophystore was the first website google took me to, and they had a decent selection of small trophys that seemed suitable. I picked a couple, then chose to have them engraved. Unfortunately even with the 60 characters (extra payment) I wasn't quite able to get all the info I wanted on the trophy - but I cut it down as best I could. I couldn't see anywhere on the website advising the delivery time - so I called them up. They quoted 3 weeks delivery - but when I mentioned I needed them at the end of the week I got offered a premium delivery for an extra £10. They were ordered on Monday and arrived on Thursday. The premium delivery meant I had to order over the phone as there was no-where on the website let me pick it. Nice trophy's - the mini claret jugs went down a treat!

Good quality trophines delivered on time

I ordered four assorted trophies online for a golf holiday and found that there was a good selection to chose from. They were delivered within a week on standard postage and when received, I was surprised at the good quality of the items delivered. Not at all 'plastic' like, which I had feared when ordering online. The trophies I chose were at the lower end of the price range and were good value for money, with engraving included.

S Pleasure to deal with

This site has a great selection at competitive prices. It's so easy to move around the site and plan your order too. The company actually rang me to help me out after I had placed items in the basket and even offered me a discount over a certain price. I've made 2 orders and the delivery to Ireland was on time as arranged each time. The finish on the engraving is excellent and I will continue to buy trophies and medals from Trophy Store. High quality trophy, free engraving and really fast delivery

I came across trophy store and thought it was too good to be true. The selection of trophies was hugh. All of the trophies I looked at had free engraving which meant the only hard decision I had to make was which trophy to choose. I received my trophy in perfect condition with the engraving was laid out as I had asked for. A great fast service.

disappointing

Second order I placed with them. One very large order and one single item. The single item was not good at all and looked dreadful! I contacted them and arranged to get another engraving plate sorted - with their agreement. That was a week ago. They could not even be bothered to answer my email and I'm still waiting. Won't use them again and won't recommend them either.
