A really large and comples order
This was a really large and complex order with 250 end of season trophies, including player awards and squad trophies. Also a range of trophies, cups and medals for our tournaments. Many bespoke inscriptions and a printed club badge centre on each trophy and medal. Everything came to us extremely well packaged and accurately inscribed. out of nearly 500 items, only one came broken and customer service was excellent getting the replacement out really promptly. Based on this experience we will be using them again next season.

Great service, decent product
The website was easy to use and delivery was swift. We ordered a trophy which looked great online but felt a little cheap and plastic when it arrived. My daughter was very happy with it however and I accept that it was value for money. The engraving was done very well, so we were very pleased with that. I would purchase again.

Hugely happy and grateful for Sophie at Trophy Store. When Royal Mail did not deliver the very important trophy order on time (through no fault of Trophy Store), Sophie was amazing and arranged a replacement to be couriered the next day. Wasn't expecting that and am hugely grateful. Now, this particular (amazing) football coach gets his well deserved trophy at the presentation tomorrow :-)
