Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a trophy and 2 days later I received a message that it wasn't available. I know... this doesn't look great, but stuff happens! They offered me 3 other options, which were very good alternatives. I wanted to see if I could still find the specific trophy elsewhere and I let them know. They were very respectful and followed up with me again a couple of times, to politely see how I was getting on over the following week or so (fair enough - they did, after all, have my money in their bank anyway), while I faffed around with other suppliers (who I had to chase just to get a response). The trophy I wanted wasn't available anywhere, so I went with one of the suggested alternatives, which was slightly cheaper. The difference was refunded to me later that day and the trophy arrived engraved a couple of days later. Sometimes, it's when something goes a little wrong that a company really shows what they're all about and their Customer Service was excellent.
