Welcome to our coronavirus (COVID-19) Frequently Asked Questions page. We have put together these FAQs to help you understand how we are managing the situation with coronavirus pandemic, if and how it might affect your order, and what we’ll be doing to ensure it's business as usual, whilst keeping all of employees safe within our workspace. We will continue to update this page as and when the situation changes. For now, #StaySafe ♥

Are you still open and delivering orders?

Yes, we are open. As always we want to continue to make sure we are doing the right thing for all our customers, staff and suppliers and so at the moment, our staff are either working from home or following social distancing guidance and extra hygiene practices in our warehouse.

Are your delivery timescales currently affected?

At the moment, we're taking a little longer than we would usually like to get your order to you. You should expect your order within 7 working days. When the current coronavirus situation changes, we will of course update our website banners and social media channels, as well as emailing you directly if you’ve already got an order placed with us.

If you need an order for a specific date, please add your event date to the 'order notes' section at checkout. Or, contact our Customer Support Team on 0345 319 1111, who will be ready to respond to your emails or pick up your call from their sofas or dining room tables.

Are products being made and delivered safely, with no risk?

We are taking this situation incredibly seriously, we are expanding on the already high standards of hygiene within our warehouse and work facilities. We are doing extra cleaning in all areas where supplies enter or leave our warehouse, where your parcels are taken by couriers, and at all other areas where we have any contact with products.

Can you deliver to someone else?

Whether you are holding a virtual end of season presentation awards event, online family quiz or want to say thank you with a trophy or gift, we would be happy to package it safely and send it straight to the recipients door. Just tell us their address when you place your order. We can also delivery larger orders to multiple addresses too, please let our Customer Support Team assist you with this. 

Can my order be left in a safe place, even if I’m supposed to sign for it?

Our delivery partners DPD and Royal Mail understand that our customers want to limit their contact with other people. We can safely say that, wherever possible, they will leave your parcel in a safe place of your choice.
