we ordered our medals and TrophyStore despatched them as promised. Unfortunalty, DPD made an almighty cock up on the delivery and we were faced with going to our event with no medals. After contacting TrophyStore they arranged a 24hr delivery to the venue. Now that's what I call customer service!!

Glass engraving success
I ordered a glass trophy which had to be engraved. I was a bit worried about how it would turn out but they sent me a mock-up and I suggested improvements. I'm very pleased with the final item, which took account of my suggestions. I would definitely recommend them based on this experience.

I needed Trophy by a certain date and I received it in plenty of time. I was emailed with updates on progress which was reassuring. Trophy arrived in perfect condition and engraving was great. All over the trophy and timescale were excellent.

Excellent quality of trophies
Excellent quality of trophies, delivered within a week. The only concern being that the box containing the trophies had been damaged in transit, the second experience I have had of Trophy Store being let down by their courier.
